Chapter-8 : Surprise and Books
** Outside vault number 2 **
Michael's mom and the goblins were surprised seeing that he was sucked inside the vault.
The goblins showed a knowing smile seeing this, because somehow their instincts told them he was the one, on the other hand his mother was both, worried and happy for him, happy because he was the chosen, but worried about the difficulties he would face because of it.
It had been more than 2 hours since Michael's disappearance, his mother was started feeling worried for him, just as she was going to ask, what could have happened inside to the goblins, the door of the vault opened. It pushed Michael outside and closed just as fast.
All eyes were focused on Michael. suddenly his mother came running towards him and encased him in a bone crushing bear hug.
she was worried for him.
" It's ok mom, nothing bad happened inside, it was just some old stuff and a lot of books " he said while gasping for air.
"what happened inside ???" his mom asked in a very low voice.
" I think we should talk about it later " he said while looking toward goblins.
She was no fool, she understood his meaning and released him.
Turning toward Ragnok, he said
"Director Ragnok, I would like to speak to you in private, at a safe location "
" well there cannot be a place more safe than here" Ragnok said as he ordered the goblins to leave them alone.
when only three of them remained on the floor, he asked his mother to cast the muffliato charm.
"So, what is it that you would like to speak Mr. Blest ?? " asked the goblin looking directly into his eyes.
To which he only replied three words " Sword of Gringotts "
The Goblin nearly lost his composure, gaining his calm again he looked into Michael's eyes intently and asked in a dead serious voice "Did you find it ??? "
Michael gave a nod and took the sword out, and carefully handed it over to the goblin
Ragnok held the sword as careful as when holding a newborn.
the sword was held in between three rings, the sword would only come out when it finds a worthy Goblin. Worthy in the sense being powerful, having a strong will and an alignment with the light side.
A smile crept to his face a as he said "Mr Blest, you have done a great deed to our nation, on behalf of all the goblins, I would like to thank you for the great service that you have done and to express our gratitude, we would support your endeavours with full sincerity, no matter what you need, just contact me, the goblin nation is forever indebt to your family."
After exchanging pleasantries, he and his mom left gringotts.
At Florean Fortescue's ice cream parlor, they both sat down, ordered an ice cream and started to talk
"so, what happened there??? "she asked.
"I was selected as the Holy wizard of this generation " then he told everything that happened inside the vault omitting the pain part.
Going through various emotions his mother finally calmed down and said
"I don't know anything, I just want you to be safe"
he smiled at her and further told that he also got a wand from the vault which was perfect for him.
Completing the ice cream they both left the parlor, and he continued his shopping, the first shop they visited was madam malkins' clothes for all occasions where he got his school wear
Next was flourish and blotts, where he got his curriculum books, all upto the seventh year. He even bought non curriculum books that were not taught at Hogwarts like healing and warding.
He already had potion equipments due his mom.
Next was ollivanders, from where he got himself a dragon hide wand holster because he can't pull out a wand out of nowhere in front of everyone everytime he needed it.
he kept everything he bought in the storage, and met his mom at the ingredients shop, where his mom was buying potion ingredients to refill her stock. After completing their shopping spree, they both left diagon alley to their home via apparition, which was pretty disorientating.
seeing his reaction his mom was giggling.
"mom, we could have called sid to take us here!!"
"but that reaction was worth it, hahahahaha"
"whatever!! "
getting inside the manor, 'now I remember it', "Mom, I got a gift for you"
He waved his hand and a pile of books appeared on the floor.
Seeing the books appear out of nowhere, she was surprised, but skimming through books, she was shocked, reason being that each and every book here was based upon ancient potions, whose recipes were thought to be lost. And almost every book here was handwritten by Anthony Blest and Merlin themselves!!!
She pounced on Michael, giving him another bear hug for the day "that was best gift ever".
He also wanted to give the potion ingredients he got to his mom but restrained, thinking he will give her a heart attack.
There were still two weeks for the start of Hogwarts.
Following two weeks, he read through his course books upto 3rd year. His mom was still frantically reading through the books she got, trying to make the potions written in them.

Today, was 31st of August, 1988
He was excited as now there was only one day for him to attend Hogwarts, he would be in his fourth year when harry will attend Hogwarts.
he kept all his clothes, books, equipments and necessities in his personalised suitcase that his mother developed after muggle suitcases.
It was an aluminum hard shell suitcase with extension, lightweight, preservation, auto repair and safety charms in it.
He was ready for his days at Hogwarts.

Spells
Apparition : is an advanced spell used by fully trained witches and wizards to disappear from one place and appear almost instantly somewhere else.
Charms
Extension : enhances capacity of a given container, bag, trunk or suitcase.
Lightweight : decreases weight of the object spell is casted upon
Preservation : keeps the item(s) , in condition they were when the spell is casted.
Auto repair : repair the object automatically when it sustains damage till magic runs out
Safety : keeps the object safe untill the owner is the one to open it
