CHAPTER 13

Emma Pov:

I woke up in a dark room. The room which was filled with a lot many mysteries. In a room where even a steak of light might barely reach. I feel weakness in my body. I tried to get up from the place where I was lying. It felt like I was lying there for many hours. I started walking around the dark room while I was touching the windows. I had two reasons to touch the wall Firstly I was not that strong enough to walk by my own and secondly I was looking if there were some windows. Till then I got hurt badly on my leg.' Oh my goodness! There is neither a light nor I window here. Then who has kept a box like this in the middle of room.'

I went down on my knees to see what that carton held. I opened the box. I was astonished to see that there were pictures of many girls. The box almost had 100 pictures of girls. Soon I started going through those pictures. Till then, I saw something that left me in awe. It had picture of sister. But surprisingly it was kept in a small plastic bag. I hurriedly opened that bag it contained 3 pictures. One was of Elena , one was of my mother. But I was unable to recognize the third lady. Many questions started arousing in my mind. Why do the have Elena's and moms picture? Who are these people? Who is this lady? Why am I being kept here? Till then I heard some voices.

That girl might have woke up let's take her to boss. He is waiting to meet her.

I tried to hide myself behind the box but I failed in doing so. One man held my arms and other held my legs strongly. I was kicking and trying to protect myself from them to take me. But my every attempt failed. They took me mercilessly and dropped me on the floor. Slowly I started looking up in the direction of the man who was sitting there. The man was sitting on a big chair. He had worn black dress. He had gun in his hand. Some people were standing near him.

Teflon: Oh sweetie, I waited so long to see you princess.

Emma: Dad how are you? Why are you here? Where is mom? Who are these people? Why do you have gun in your hand?

Teflon: Oh Emma calm yourself. Please stop acting like your sister didn't tell you about all of this. I know how your sister is. So please.

Emma: Dad why are speaking and what are you speaking I don't know about anything.

Teflon: Oh! It's surprising that you call me dad. How's that even possible.

Emma: Dad can you be clear. Why are you speaking like that. I don't know anything.

Teflon: Okay Emma tell me how did your mother died?

Emma: She died in a car accident.

Teflon: Oh Emma stop lying. I know you know all the truth. So please don't lie atleast in front of me. Lets play a game to prove that you are innocent.
