She knows he wasn't there at home because the twins had told her not so long ago that he left early in the morning and he had told them he was going away for a few days.He had called numerous times yesterday and today too but Piper had forced herself not to answer his calls just the sound of his voice would weaken and break her resolve.His presence alone weakens her and that isn't good especially if she wants to forget him and move on.
