Dudley's trust gained

it's been a long time since the dursleys became non hostile. Harry has grown allot and now looks like in normal 10 year old well, I have a hand in that, I might have not so intentionally threw a compulsion charm towards MS dursley to feed Harry a little more than necessary. but I think that for the plot Harry I will not be able to gain weight at least until his fourth year.

well another interesting thing I forgot to tell you was that dudely of this universe isn't a Prat, on the other hand he is very considerate and noice (😉).

it happened a little while(days) after harry was freed, we went to the park to play.

"Hey Hermione why do you think that dursleys were so horrible to me". he asks.

'sigh' i can't say why they hate you but i think they had a feud with your parents.

"hey now that you mention it i never knew my parents name or how they looked like" he exclaimed a little raged.

"yeah can't do anything about it but how about you find people who were acquainted with your parents, maybe then you can find more about them and as for you parents name you should ask you aunt.as its likely she will be able to without blowing up.

Yea, thats a good idea, lets go.says harry while running towards the exit gate.

i chuckle seeing how harry is literally flying in excitement.

As we reach the front door suddenly even before anyone could notice a snake pounced towards harry. it was too late anytime now he will bite harry and it-

What! wtf am i seeing, just as it pounced dudely comes in its way with a metal rod and smashed it with it.

Harry and i both are stunned and dudely is breathing heavily.

harry wakes up from his trance and looks at dudely with a complicated gaze.

"Are you alright" asked Dudley

y-yes i am ok. but why did you save me? asked harry wanting to know his motive.

W-Well umm i don't hate you a-nd i think it was not right to treat you like a freak and-and you are also a human.

Dudely was a stuttering mess,to ease his situation i asked

"Why do you have a metal pole with you"

oh this is the metal pole which we used to take out badminton shuttle from the tree. at piers house.

"So, wanna be my friend" asked dudely suddenly interested in his fingernails.

harry looked towards me as if asking what we should do. i simply 'nod' giving my answer.

"Ok big D" i accept your friendship.

Dursley's face was like Christmas came early for him.

Yes, he exclaimed"and i will not bully anyone from now on and stop piers form doing so too.

Well i am happy that you are on the right path my friend i say grinning.

'Oh yea it feels warm to be praised by someone other than mom and dad' thought dudely and grinned.

(AN: so for your information i had to make D a good character and i didn't have a way so, this is the best i can do.
