The creepy-looking cave, which appears as if no one has come here for almost centuries, houses a demon sealed inside a large egg-like crystal. One can see the demon through the transparent crystal at the center of the cave.

"Hahaha, someone has destroyed my soul fragment," the demon said while thinking, "How many centuries have passed? Those hypocrites! I'll kill every single one of them, Adam Zenith, you'll pay for what you've done to me, and the hypocrite lizards too. Everyone is going to pay for this. I've been staying in this same place for centuries; I've forgotten time itself. Hahaha, but no more. Someone will come to this place because of their foolishness. Once they release me from here, I'll possess that person's body and have my revenge. I'll also gather all of the 'Apocalypse crystals.' After that, I'll become a true world-rank expert."

Azkar was standing in front of the creepy cave; this is the same cave where the demon is sealed. While observing the cave, Azkar doesn't find any traps outside that would pose a threat to him. However, to be safe, he analyzes everything outside the cave and then decides to go inside.

"This cave really is creepy. If I were the normal, powerless Azkar from before, I wouldn't have even thought about getting inside the cave. But now, I'm feeling excitement that I'll get something from this cave," he said to himself.

Azkar headed inside the cave, and as he saw only bats and insects, the deeper he went, the more he felt the cave playing tricks on him. Nevertheless, he has illusion immunity, so it doesn't matter to him even if a grand mage is casting illusions here.

Surprisingly, he doesn't find anything that could be harmful, and he understands the meaning of this. No matter what, this demon has pretty good control over this cave, and he must be trying to snatch someone else's body to leave this cave—what a cliché thinking this idiot has.

After a while, he gains a good understanding of how this cave works. He goes straight toward the center of the cave where the demon is sealed. Despite using everything at his disposal, he cannot find the proper location of the center of the cave. He is just walking in a circular motion, always coming to the same point. It seems like a maze. But it's not a maze because if someone sealed the demon here, why would they create a maze here?, unless they had some screws loose in their head.

"Oh, sense Nullification, one of the innate abilities of the demon, and he can use this ability on me to trick my primary senses. This explains why I'm walking in a circular motion," Azkar said to himself.

"System, use the circuit threads to fill this cave in every direction and every part of the cave. Use this to make a digital map of the cave and control my body movement. Take me to the center of this cave, cut all of my senses from my body, leave the eyes only," he said to his system.

He knows that even if one of his senses remains active, this demon can nullify it and give him false information about the cave using his sense. But his eyes have immunity to all the tricks this demon can think of.

{Author's Note: Sense Nullification nullifies all the senses of the body. However, here in the cave, the demon is using this ability perfectly. It only nullifies one dominant sense, sending false information from weaker senses. This way, you don't even feel the loss of any senses, but in reality, you've lost your most powerful sense. For example, dogs have a dominant sense of smell due to their noses. If someone entered with their dog, this demon would nullify the dog's smell sense, effectively gaining control over their movements. Additionally, if the demon wants, it can completely nullify all of the target's senses.

However, the demon needs a person to reach the center with their own ability or at least come close. He doesn't want to make this easy; he's testing the body capabilities of the target and many other aspects. If someone passes his test, he can lead them to the center of the cave. After killing them, he will possess the target's body to leave this cave. If someone fails, he can easily kill the person.}

While later, he was standing in front of the large egg-like crystal in the center of the cave, and he did not use his other senses. He is just using his eyes, which cannot be nullified, no matter how much the demon tries to do so, unless he has "ultimate authority." To compensate for the lack of other senses, he is using trillions of circuit threads to cover pretty much everything inside the center of the cave. This way, he can gather all of the sensory information.

Azkar noticed the demon sealed inside the egg-shaped crystal. Taking a closer look, he identified a humanoid figure, resembling an ordinary person but with two horns and red eyes, unmistakable signs of its demonic nature. What caught his attention even more was the demon's long black hair, darker than ink, and a tattoo on its right hand bearing the inscription [12] in the demon language.

"Damn! What is this? Is this guy the final boss of some action-fantasy anime? He can't be just a regular villain. What's my move now? If I throw everything I've got, there's only a 1% chance of winning against this guy," Azkar mumbled to himself. Though he desired to speak to the demon, but he chose silence.

Without a second thought, Azkar decided on a strategic retreat, ready to make his exit. Yet, as he attempted to leave, he discovered his body unwilling to budge. Realizing he couldn't escape this cave alive, he set his mind on devising a more effective plan to boost his odds against this demon.

"My, my! Why the hurry to leave?" Zytharion spoke, opting to play with Azkar. After all, Azkar was the one who reached the center without his aid.

"..."

Azkar found himself speechless in this situation. From this moment onward, he pledged to exercise extreme caution. However, his immediate priority was to leave this place as soon as possible.
