Dreams and Training

When I wake up I realize my hands are clasped tightly over my mouth. I am trying very hard not to scream. For the last three days the dreams have been horrible. They always start out nice, we as a group walk through the portal. Annie is holding Ambers hand on the left side and the baby breaks away and runs toward the portal. Gabriel stops him and carries him through. And I can't remember his name yet. The baby is not five years old though. We were supposed to have five years, I am not ready yet. Then all I see is blood everywhere. That is usually where I wake up. I wish I knew what this all ment. I do know I need to practice more.

After I showered and dressed for the day I went downstairs. I saw mom and Sky talking. I heard mom say something about dreams so I knew I wasn't the only one having these dreams. But when I tried to ask about them they told me to go to school. So I went back upstairs to get my things. I heard a noise so I turned around Arianna was standing at her door, I was worried because it looked like she was going to fall over. She beckoned me to het so I went.

" Look there are a few things you need to know. The dreams are telling us we have only two and a half years before we go to war. You need to bring up weapons training to Gabriel and Gregory, they are your best bet. Also ask Gregory to make you a sword. It is going to save your life soon. You also need to know about the spells I did this morning, and I need you to get me these things." She hands me a list and I put it in my pocket. Then she continued," This morning I did a few spells, I sent the essence of the area as far away as I could push it, after that the wind would move it forever north. I also added a whisper spell to it so whenever they got really close the vampires would hear us whisper about where we would be heading next. I stayed up for hours reading the maps while i did it. Then I managed to bind the hounds to the hunt. Basically no matter what the vampires tried to do the hounds would refuse to change course or leave the trail they were on. But that is the only part of the spell I would need to renew every three months, so i would need you to collect that list of supplies I gave you so i will have some on hand just in case. I just hope it would be enough to keep them away for a while. You have to practice as much as possible, I know Damon said he would help you so do it. I have seen how the war happened, your mother's body died helping a fallen soldier why was helping get survivors out. I will teach you every spell I know, you will survive. Now go on before they come up here. I will see you after school. Be safe, be careful."

After that I left the room with a little bit of a better mind frame, but I was very worried about Arianna she looked beat.

So I went into my room and got what I needed for school and headed out the door.

On my way to get the girls I see Gregory, I talk to him about learning weapons training. And I ask him to make me a sword. He told me he had the perfect sword in mind. it will take a bit of time though. I was okay with that. The girls come out talking about daggers, at the same time the tree brothers and Gabriel came outside. Then Gregory brought up the idea of weapons training to the guys, the girls loved the idea. They wanted to learn about daggers. The guys told us to get a move on, then they had a meeting about weapons training.

Then us girls went to school, but we had a meeting ourselves about weapons and training if the men didn't want to teach us we would teach ourselves.
