"Hey yo Jess, is it just me, or is William really watching you?!" Vera whispered when all the members of the share house were gathered, and relaxing in the pool.

Jessica, who was playing a game from her cellphone, immediately turned her gaze to William, and sure enough, the man was indeed watching her with a probing gaze.

Jessica looked down, and gently massaged her temples. The girl still hasn't told Rey about William who overheard their conversation the other day. Therefore, she also did not dare to take any steps to deal with William.

"Apparently, William heard! He asked me for an explanation! What should I do?"

"Ha? You're not planning anything bad to William are you?!" Jessica urged.

'That girl, gosh what is she thinking?' Rey shook his head quickly. Hoping the little head of the girl didn't think of anything strange.

"William can be trusted, so I think it's okay if we tell him about this," Rey said as he moved to sit next to Jessica.

"Are you sure? What if he told Kevin or Gilang? They're talk a lot, Rey!"

"Come on, don't think about it! You don't believe me? I told you earlier, I'll take care of it! Just shut up, you know it's all right!"

Jessica immediately scowled at Rey's words. Isn't it natural for him to panic? However, as soon as possible Jessica controlled herself.

Jessica rushed out of the rooftop.

Rey just took a deep breath looking at Jessica's back which was slowly disappearing behind the door.

Rey then looked up at the expanse of the sky above him.

This was completely his fault, so he decided to just face it bravely.

Rey looked down, then took his cellphone from his pants pocket. He then contacted William, and asked the man to meet him at the rooftop right now.

Not long after, William came. Without saying anything, the man sat beside Rey, and stared at the view of the crowded city of Jakarta from up there.

"Jessica just told me, if you heard our conversation the other day," Rey started.

William still didn't answer. He was still silent, waiting for further explanation from Rey.

"I'm sure you'll be angry if you find out what really happened between us. However, what you need to know too, is that I didn't have the slightest intention of hurting anyone!"

William just smiled sarcastically in response to Rey's words. It's okay, the man already wants to find a justification for him.

"Me and Jessica have been betrothed since childhood!"

William turned to Rey with a confused look on his face. They were friends for not just a day or two, so how could he not know such an important fact?

"We're even engaged," Rey said again.

William's hands immediately clenched tightly, but he waited for the right moment to slam his fist into Rey's face.

"Something bad happened, so I couldn't help but have to be with Lusi! We went too far, and over time, I felt that comfortable with Lusi. Jessica knew that, she immediately broke up with me and our match."

William shook his head in disbelief. He couldn't stand the sight of his friend's face anymore. The fist that he had been holding in for so long, instantly shot into Rey's face, causing the man to fall on the floor.

"Fuck you! How could you have cheated on your fiancé's friend! Where is your mind, you idiot!" cursed William with full of emotion.

Rey stood up, he wiped the fresh blood that came out of his mouth.

"Damn it, what answer is it! No choice? What do you mean?"

"At that time, Lusi had just come back from the nightclub, she was very drunk. She followed me into the room and it just happened! The devil possessed me at that time! In the end I have to hurt Jessica."

William shook his head in disbelief. He was at a loss for words. How can he do that when he has a girl like Jessica?

"The one who drunk is Lusi, not you, Satan! You are such a jerk! I didn't expect it!"

"I know, I know I was wrong! I know how stupid and despicable I am, but this is all I can do!" Rey whispered.

"Okay, let's just assume that everything has already happened, but what do you mean you still care about Jessica, pay attention to her?"

William immediately smiled cynically at Rey's answer.

"From what I've heard, you don't only care about Jessica! You're jealous, bastard! Listen, Rey, if you keep doing this, you'll hurt both of them! Be it Jessica, or Lusi! Stop being a jerk and wishy-washy! Stay away from Jessica!"

Rey was stunned to hear William's words. Was what the man said true? Is he jealous? Damn it!

"And my advice, you better be honest with Lusi, before she finds out herself. She will feel crushed because you played!"
