Let's talk, Miss Cynthia (2)

They are troublesome!

Cynthia was muttering inside her head while giving them an indifferent gaze.

And they were also irritating according to her.

From the moment this polite jerk started to talk with that scheming smile, she was sure that there was nothing more to hide.

They already know everything and that was given but she wasn't interested in meeting them at all. Mostly this man who kept staring her.

Therefore, she decided to have a clear talk with them and stop them from approaching her further.

And there came another trouble.

Some foolish girl pushed her and walked away as if she wasn't in wrong.

No, definitely it's a no… there was no way Cynthia would stumble and fall in that weird man arms and let him touch her and she did her best and balanced her footing.

Sigh…

A sigh of relief exited her lips but she flinched seeing the weird man grabbing the chance and holding her hand.

Her eyes rushed and stopped at her hand in the air that was grabbed intentionally by Ed and he even took off his gloves to grab her!

Strange!

She frowned and her face sunk deeper, "What the hell?" her eyebrows become furrowed and eyes squinted.

How dare this man take advantage of her again!

She shoved his hand and sneered, "Is something wrong with your mind?".

If only she would have known that there was really something wrong with Ed, would she had said those words that led to her fall in his sweet trap?

A puppy like expression appeared on his face but behind that façade existed a really excited look.

How excited he felt when he touched her and nothing happened once again.

Just to check that he was really immune to this girl, he touched Eric the other night and now he looked quite pale after getting a panic attack that night.

Wayne swallowed, his lips started to twitch but he hid his excited smile before it could appear on his face and scare Cynthia.

Whereas Eric lower jaws dropped. He covered his wide-open mouth and was about to say something that could cause trouble when Wayne covered his mouth with his palm that sounded like a slap.

"Please don't misunderstand him, he was just trying to help you," Wayne covered for Ed since he realized that if Ed opens his mouth only laughter will escape.

Here again an indifferent look that had irritation hidden within greeted them, "Let's get going. I really wish to end our conversation but it has to begin to end".

"But where is this casual place you were talking about?"

"Café! Outside the campus where we first met… our casual place," Wayne talked sharply and after she nodded, they walked away.

…

"You said… you said that senior Ed doesn't like touching others but he…".

Ricky paused in the midst as she turned her head and found Rena, who was sitting across her becoming extremely scary.

She has gritted her teeth, fuming in rage… hyper irritated and the cane filled with cola in her hand was losing its shape because of her furious strength.

"That girl… she is like a newly born weed. I will trample on her and break her into pieces," she frowned deeply as she continued to glare at their back that was about to fade in the distance.

"Let's get to the business?" Cynthia asked directly having a seat at the same place at the café where they sat when they met for the first time.

Everything was same. Twins were sitting across her but the only difference was that Ed was sitting quite closer to her then before… maybe too closer.

Cynthia exhaled and moved a little away from Ed, annoyed because of his clingy behaviour.

Though Ed tried to hide his excitement still he couldn't stop himself from moving his chair closer to Cynthia and ended up making her move away from him.

Eric was dying to see Cynthia without her spectacles since even he who was a little dumb in figuring things out started to think that the cool lady was this girl.

Whereas Wayne as asked by Cynthia started to get down on the business, "Let's not pretend anymore, miss bike rider… I will ask you some simple question so, please reply me honestly".

Hah… as I thought, they do know who I was. I knew it but I hoped to be wrong… tsk.

Cynthia exhaled and nodded, "Yes, let's not pretend anymore and get it done quickly so that there won't be any need to meet again".

She took the glass of water as she said and her thick lashes moved when Wayne ordered some juice and snacks.

Her gaze stopped at Eric after hearing his shrilly voice full of excitement.

"Can you take your glasses off? I… I just want to confirm how can a person look so different with spectacles on," he acted all childish as he said.
