She gave a sheepish look as she scanned the lady holding her hand.
If only she had her spectacles on, she could had figured the lady in her early forty's identity, but now it wasn't possible.
Her hand with a force got away from the lady hand with many glistening rings and jewels.
And the other second all the crowd hovered around with an amused smile.
The boring party was going to be interesting now!
The crowd snickered behind their worried face as they found something interesting.
Cynthia already had noticed everything and though she had no idea who was this ugly lady accusing her of having fake jewels, she was sure to win the fight but the only problem was that she had no time to waste there.
She looked at her watch whose bracelet was made of diamond and was designed by her mother.
Gosh! She was really at short of time!
Cynthia movements without any word was a huge insult toward the lady, who felt that she was being ignored.
She gritted her teeth and gave an intimidating glare to Cynthia.
Unlike Cynthia, the lady was wearing a long black and brown sleeveless gown and a thick stern makeup on her face. She looked arrogant and her ten fingers were all decorated by the Cress Star rings.
Cynthia frowned as she looked down for a bit and smiled when looking back at the lady, "May I know who you are?".
That woman wryly chuckled at Cynthia while covering her mouth with her antique purse, "Maria Serta. Now what are you going to do? Are you going to beg for mercy? But unfortunately, I will still inform about this fake jewellery to the Cress Star corporation. Be prepared to pay penalty for using the Cress logo on this fake jewellery of yours".
Cynthia let out a sigh as she averted her gaze for a moment and then her head slightly nodded.
"Please feel free to complain," as she said that with her uninterested gaze, lady Maria who had dyed her hair in amber felt furious.
How can a lowly girl like this looks down at her? she was not going to let her off so, easily until she breaks every bit of her ego. She was sure to make this clueless girl regret on ignoring her.
Before Cynthia could slip away, the lady laughed loudly, her eyes with fake thick lashes widened in her deep arrogance.
"Guards kick this girl out, she might would have used a fake invitation card for her selfish reason," she said it loudly.
Two guards from the front came running.
Cynthia again let out a deep sigh. She wasn't going to pursue this matter since she had less time and what more, this lady was one of the Serta and she doesn't wish to ruin the party considering that the young master of the Serta was her brother's friend.
Just my name is enough to slap her ego but I had no wish to ruin the party and what more, I already know this lady name so, I can privately sue her for wearing so many imitations of Cress star jewelleries.
But she still insists on making trouble on her husband's nephew birthday party. I don't want to be kicked out before giving this present to Mr. Luv Serta, so lets just take my name and end this game.
She parted her lips and was about to introduce herself when a loud voice startled the guards before they can force Cynthia out of the party.
"Hold on! Where are your manners? Did you forget to check the guest identity before kicking them out on others order!" Luv said with a deep frown.
He was back from the roof upstairs of the building and seeing such trouble caused by his own family member, he couldn't stay calm.
"It's not just anyone order, its mine Luv," his aunty sneered looking at him.
This kid was going against her for some unknown girl, how dare he!
Luv ignored her and looked at the girl as he sighed in distress and pressed his temple.
"I remember that Mrs. Cress made that piece especially for her daughter as a present for her birthday and I am quite sure that they are not fake, isn't it Ms. Cynthia Cress," he said with a dry smile while being tired of this dramatic party.
His aunt was dumbfounded. She crazily looked twice and thrice at Cynthia and with her pointed finger toward her, she reasoned with Luv, "This girl? That's impossible".
"Yeah right! I have seen the real Cynthia from the Cress family, she is damn ugly," Ricky nodded as she sided with Mrs. Serta.
But Arial was frowning deeply because with this event, the fact that everyone considered Cynthia as an ugly girl would come to an end.
Luv was about to say something with his cold face when Cynthia broke the suspense by shooting a direct arrow toward Arial, "Cousin, your friend is telling that I am a fake one, won't you fight for me?".
