Closest Miss

While Aya and the guys on their way home, Riku is still at school, cornering the three girls who bullied Aya the other day.

"What did you do to her?" Riku asks in a furious tone.

"What? That senpai just needs to know her place, Riku!" One of the girls' says.

Riku snaps and quickly grabs the girl's collar and pulls her closer to him, getting even more furious. "That senpai has a name, bitch! Put some respect on her!" Riku yells at her. The other two girls quickly helps the girl to get away from Riku's grasp while yelling at him back.

"Hey! Watch your hands, asshole! I can't believe you'd do such a thing to a girl!"

"Riku! You're actually a very crude and foul person!"

Riku lets go of her collar, takes a few steps back while trying to stay calm.

"Did anyone tell you to do that to her? HUH?!" Riku asks aggressively.

"What are you talking about?!" One of the girls asks.

"So you girls did that to her out of jealousy? That's so low of you." Riku adds. The three girls quickly snap and one of them points her finger at him.

"Watch your tongue, Riku! You're so low yourself for putting your hands on a girl! That's disgusting! It's a problem between girls!"

Riku clenches his fists, tries to hold back as much as he can. "Aya-senpai's problem is MY problem too! Anyone dare put a hand on her, has to deal with me!"

"Oh boohoo look at the shining knight in armor here! You actually like her that much, huh?! Unbelievable." the other girl adds.

"You girls shouldn't have done that to her. And that will be the last time ever. If i look at you girls having your breaths on the wrong direction towards Aya-senpai again, i won't stand by. Watch my words." Riku says and then leaves the three girls alone who glare at him in contempt.

Riku takes out his phone while continue walking, calling Aya's number while reaching for his bag in his classroom.

Aya doesn't answer. She's still walking home with the guys and she doesn't want them to know. She shuts off her phone while continues walking with them.

"Who was it?" Naoki asks while staring at Aya seriously.

"An unknown number. Probably a scam caller." Aya answers nonchalantly. Smooth with her lie. Naoki knows she's lying, but he just nods at her to play along for now.

"Alright." Naoki says.

Tetsu, Ryu, and Hirofumi glance at each other while giving each other a nod after they heard that conversation between Naoki and Aya. They too know that she's lying. They all know. Aya continues walking without paying any attention to them.
