"Hmm, indeed you died..."

Izanagi said to the heavily self-doubting soul.

"But thanks to the great me, I grant you a second chance to live!" He proudly straightened his back and puffed out his chest while lights from unknown, origins started to shine on him.

However, Ian was in no mood to care about the strange grandpa.

"No, I still couldn't watch the third season of one punch man!"

*Pts*

Izanagi having enough of this just flicked Ian's forehead a little.

"What the fuck men?!" Ian shouted while grabbing the red hump on his forehead.

"Look, I'm a busy deity so let's get this over quickly."

Before Ian could say anything the primordial deity just snapped his fingers which sent visible waves through the void. Steering up the ever-looming darkness.

The waves went through the whole dimension gradually getting weaker. Until they died down completely returning the void to its calm state.

Ian not understanding what happened looked around confused.

"What did you..." He looked at Izanagi and asked but he was cut in half by a loud noise.

*Burrr*

The void started to rumble and shake like it was breaking.

*Crack*

And with a loud noise at two points in the 'sky', a dense network of thin white cracks appeared. Whit loud cracking noises the cracks got bigger and bigger. When they became so big and bright as the sun in the sky the growing stopped.

*Dadum-badum*

And through the rupture, accompanied by dramatic music, two giant golden wheels started to sink in. When the whole bodies of the two wheels came through the cracks, they stopped in place, floating. The music stopped as well and the cracks like they were in reverse, started to get smaller and smaller until they fully disappeared.

"These are the wheels of fate, they will decide in which you will reincarnate and what power you get!"

Izanagi pointed at the two giant floating wheels feeling quite proud seeing the dumbfounded expression on Ian's face.

"Were the visual effects necessary?!" After Ian woke up from the amazement he couldn't help but ask.

Izanagi looked at him weirdly and decided to ignore the question.

"Khm, please press the button to spin the wheel of the world first."

"What button?" Ian looked around him confused.

"The button in front of you of course!"

"Oh!"

He looked embarrassed at the golden button floating in front of him. Which wasn't there a moment ago.

'He is trying to mass with me!' Ian gave a sideways glance to Izanagi who had a hidden smirk on his face.

Not wanting to make the situation more embarrassing Ian quickly pressed the button without hesitation.

*Tack-tack-tack*

One of the two wheels started to slowly rotate faster and faster until for mortal eyes it became a blur.

"Please be a safe world, please be a safe world, please be a safe world!" He chanted first after seeing worlds like Power Rangers, Marvel, or Attack on Titans.

But when the speed of the wheel got so fast that he couldn't follow the names anymore he could only pray.

*Ding*

After a few minutes of spinning the wheel whit, a loud ding stopped.

"Hmm, the world of My Hero Academia, not bad!" Izanagi said looking at the wheel.

"But I barely know the plot!"

Ian was a little worried since he never really watched my hero academy so he only had a basic understanding of the franchise.

"You should have prepared besides let's get moving press that button again!"

Izanagi said with a little smirk visible on his face.

"How the hell would I have known that I will reincarnate?!" Ian retorted back quite annoyed by the old man's antics.

"Chop, chop move on why do you care about these small things, instead press that button and let's move on!"

The old deity just gestured with his hands and his face became stoic again.

*Argh*

Ian grumbled in annoyance but still pressed the button instead of arguing with a shameless immortal.

*Tack-tack-tack*

The second giant golden wheel started to spin but this time Ian wasn't as amazed as the last time. But he still noticed a few interesting abilities like super intelligence, spider sense, fire dragon slayer magic, and a few systems as well like gamer system or foot licking system.

And he was really hoping to not get something like the last one.

*Ding*

The wheel finally stopped again waking him up from his thoughts. And when he saw where the wheel landed his transparent face visibly brightened.

"Congratulations young you got the power of sa..."

But before Izanagi could finish he stopped and looked at the wheel with slightly widened eyes.

"Why is the wheel on fire?!"

Ian asked looking at the wheel which suddenly caught on fire out of nowhere.

But Izanagi didn't reply just looked at the wheel which was burning more intensely.

The fire got bigger and bigger and brighter and brighter like a sun. At some point, it was so bright that Ian had to close his eyes in fear of losing his sight. And if not for Izanagi's protection his soul would probably have burnt crisp by the intense heat capable of burning anything.

After a few intense minutes, the flame started to calm down. When the fire finally died down Ian could finally open his eyes again. And what he saw shocked him.

Because where the wheel used to be, now there was no wheel but instead a sentence floated. Written in big bold letters made out of pure fire.

"Blessing of Amaterasu the goddess of the sun and the universe..." Ian read it out in wonder.

"What does that supposed to mean?!"

He looked at Izanagi confused not understanding what's happening.

But the old deity instead of answering just stiffly stared at the sentence made out of fire.

"Hello...?" Ian tried again a little louder this time which actually worked.

Izanagi slowly looked at him and started at him like he was trying to find something on him. Ian started to feel a little uncomfortable and tried to make himself look smaller.

*Khm!*

Noticing the awkwardness Izanagi quickly cleared his throat and wiped his face.

"That means the selection is over and it's time for you to reincarnate!" He said and waved his hand. Which caused the void to churn and a portal appeared behind Ian.

"Wait! What does blessing Amaterasu means and do I still get the power of Sa..."

Ian started to rapid-fire questions but suddenly he felt a strong backward pull on his chest.

He tried to resist it but it got stronger until Ian barely could stand on his legs.

Izanagi just looked at the struggling Ian with deep eyes.

"Take care of my daughter."

Ian stopped for a moment in shock when Izanagi suddenly said that.

"What does that supposed to mean?!" He asked.

But he never got the chance to receive an answer since the force was finally able to pull him into the portal. Which after sucking him slowly closed, finally returning the void to its calm Ianless state.

Izanagi after Ian left still stared deep in thought at the place where the portal disappeared.

"I will still miss you."

He suddenly said it in the void particle to no one.

"I will miss you too..."

A woman's voice sounded and suddenly a little flame appeared where the portal was before.

It grew bigger and bigger and took the shape of a woman's.

With a bright light, the flame solidified and a beautiful woman in her twenties appeared.

She had snow-white skin and long bright red hair reaching her waist. Her body was perfect and her eyes were like two brightly shining stars.

"What did you choose him?"

Izanagi looked at the newly appearing woman without any surprise asked.

"You know that too as well." The woman answered with a little smile on her beautiful face.

"Haha, true it's just so strange, it was just a few eons ago when you were so little and innocence..."

Izanagi looked at her with nostalgia remembering the old days.

"But look at you know! You are already ready to fly out of the family nest, not to mention your brother and sister!"

The old deity's face morphed into a sad smile. While his back hunched a little like the is taking its toll on his ageless body.

"Don't worry so much I not going forever! Besides Mother is still with you!" She hugged him and said consolingly.

They hugged for a few minutes until the woman slowly started to change back into fire again.

"It seems it's my time to go, goodbye..."

The woman smiled at him for the last time. And finished the sentence.

"Oto-san."

Then her whole body became flame and slowly dissipated.

"Wish you luck and goodbye my daughter..."

Izanagi looked at the last sparks and said.

"Amaterasu Ōmikami!"

Hey everyone, I'm back! I know I was away for a very long and I have no excuse. I got bored and had no mood to write. Besides my senior year started so I'm focusing on my studies now. So I will only write when I have time and mood to do it.
