Chapter 2: Unang Pagkikita

Liwari and his mother, Alithea, stood outside their residence, ready to head towards the meeting's location.

"Handa ka na ba, aking 'Diwan'?" Alithea asked, looking at her clearly excited son.

"Opo, 'Ada'," Liwari replied, holding his mother's hand.

"Kayo na ang bahala rito," Alithea instructed her loyal 'Mash'na'.

"Masusunod, 'Kosma'," the 'Mash'na', Bagwis, replied.

"Tayo na."

Alithea then vanished along with her son, Liwari.

Every royal Diwata had the ability to fade and teleport. Alithea, being the head of the Haplos Clan, naturally possessed this ability. Liwari, being the son of the Head of the Clan, fell within the category of Royals, but being young, Liwari's powers had yet to awaken.

Liwari suddenly found himself facing the chosen establishment for the meeting, 'Punong Bulwagan'. The place was at the center of the three tribes, making it easier for the 'Kosmas' to gather. 'Punong Bulwagan' comprised a table with the Diwata's Logo and three chairs of different colors: Green, Gold, and White.

Liwari noticed that he and his mother were the first ones to arrive.

"Halika't umupo, Diwan," Alithea said, summoning a vine-chair behind the Green-chair.

Liwari and Alithea then continued to wait for the other guests. The first to arrive was a man in a white-silver robe adorned with clasped hands.

"Eldrian," Alithea greeted, standing up.

"Alithea," Eldrian said while nodding a little.

Eldrian noticed Liwari from behind.

"Ito ay?" Eldrian asked.

"Aking 'Ashoka', aking anak, Liwari," Alithea introduced.

"Liwari, siya ang 'Kosma' ng Tribong Dalangin, Eldrian."

"'Maste lesnu' 'Kosma' Eldrian," Liwari greeted.

Eldrian nodded at Liwari and proceeded to sit at the white-chair. Alithea and Liwari then sat down, and the two 'Kosmas' engaged in a conversation.

A few minutes later, three figures suddenly appeared at 'Punong Bulwagan.' Three women, with two being kids. One of the kids wore a purple-long dress adorned with a closed-eye, and the other wore a sky-blue dress with the same logo.

The remaining figure adorned in a yellow-golden dress with the same logo.

Upon seeing one of the girls, Liwari felt a skip of beat within his heart. He grasped his heart because of the strangeness of the happening.

"Ado!" one of the girls called, the one with the sky-blue dress.

The one with the sky-blue dress ran towards the 'Kosma' of the Dalangin Clan. Eldrian nodded at the incoming lady and summoned an ethereal-like white chair.

Liwari shifted his gaze from the sky-blue lady to the purple one, only to get startled because of the sudden closeness between their faces.

"Tagapag-Alintana," the purple-dress lady muttered while looking intensely at Liwari.

"Cassiopea, ano ang iyong ginagawa?" Mayumi, the head of the Sulyap clan, asked one of her daughters, curious about the unfamiliarity between her actions.

Cassiopea continued to stare intensely at Liwari and then said, "Wala po, 'Ada'." She walked towards the remaining gold-chair and summoned her own purple-chair.

This made Liwari pay attention to Cassiopea, as he knew how hard it is to cast a spell. Even he had difficulty with such spells, but a lady his age managed to do it. This excited him, as he saw a prospective rival.

Liwari, with his training in archery, had managed to form some friends, but none came close to his strength. He was the most talented in their clan in terms of archery. While studying archery, Liwari also studied magic, where he remained undefeated in his generation in his clan.

"Kayo ay magpakilala." Mayumi said.

"Avisala 'Kosma' at 'Diwan', ako ay si Mitena, anak ng 'Kosma' ng tribung Dalangin at Sulyap, ito ay aking kapatid na Cassiopea. Ikakagagalak ko kayong makilala." The one with the sky-blue dress introduced.

That made Liwari pay attention to her once again. 

"Ako nama'y si Liwari, anak ng 'Kosma' ng tribung Haplos, ikakagagalak ko kayong makilala." Liwari said while still keeping his eyes at the one who managed to make him feel strange.
