"Ah, pigtails and knee-high socks – the epitome of fashion," teased Maya, a mischievous grin playing on her lips.

Felix shot her a mockingly serious look. "What can I say? It's the latest trend. And those platinum hair and gown combo? Truly cutting-edge."

Maya chuckled, "Who would've thought? Back to the basics, but with a Douluo Dalu twist."

Felix nodded in agreement, "Setting trends in martial arts and fashion – the power couple we were always meant to be."

Maya continued, "Your indigo robes really scream 'martial arts chic,' Felix. Ready to spar with spirit beasts, are we?"

Felix smirked, "You know it. Gotta stay practical. Plus, this mysterious headband adds that extra touch."

Maya couldn't hold back her laughter, "Mysterious? It's just for keeping your hair in check, huh?"

Felix joined in, "Hey, maintaining impeccable hair control is a skill. You never know when a spirit beast might mistake me for a snack."

Maya playfully retorted, "And I suppose that charm at your waist is just for show, right?"

Felix raised an eyebrow, "Well, a 10-year-old with impeccable charm can't hurt."

Maya, smirking, added, "We didn't choose the 10-year-old life; the 10-year-old life chose us."

Felix nodded, "True, but at least we're the most stylish 10-year-olds in the whole Douluo Dalu universe."

"Who knew being reincarnated could be this much fun?" Maya cheekily concluded

Felix grinned, "As long as we're doing it together, I'm all for it. Pigtails and all."

"By the way, from the memories in my head we both are orphans studing in Nuoding Academy from the past few years and are about to graduate in a year and our names in this world are same as our previous one. Is that correct?" Maya asked.

"Yes it is. Both the protagonist Tang san and his soul beast lover Xiao Wu are our classmates although we have a kind of a neutral relationship with them and doesn't have that much of an interaction" Felix added.

"It doesn't matter. Although I don't have that great of an impression of Tang san but let's not jump onto conclusions. We will decide how to behave in the future with him depending upon his behaviour towards us." Said Maya.

"Yeah, Let's go to Shrek after a year and meet with its other members. We have a year before that for deciding our future path. Let's take it easy this year, get familiar with this world and the powers that we have received from God. For now, I just want to spend some time with my lovely little wife first"
