Chapter 18 - Fight Fire with Fire

Dante smacked John's frail hand away. "HELL NO."

John just sighed and stuffed his hands in his trouser pockets. "Fine, so much for fighting fire with fire."

He turned to leave, as he did he muttered some rather enticing things to Dante "I had such a good revenge plan too. Had it all thought out. It was gonna give Leon karma for sure. Oh well, if you wanna die in the final knock out that's fine with me."

Dante watched him walk away slowly, repeating those tempting opportunities to him. John was someone who he had no shame in saying he hated. But the same could be said for Leon. Should he really trust an enemy just for the sake of getting back at another? Despite all the thoughts in his brain warning him not to, he followed John, asking him what the 'final knock out' was.

"The ending event. You're all in a floating boxing ring and you have to use any skills necessary to knock your opponent out of the ring toward the magma below."
