"Her name is Stallion Rose and she is the sister of Roseline" Alex said as he approached Pearce.

"Oh" Pearce said as understanding suddenly dawned on him. Although he thought Rose was disdainful at Caroline only because of what she said earlier.

But he didn't know that not only was she disdainful at Caroline for what she said earlier, but also because of how she spoke to her sister yesterday.

'If my sister can't bring you down, then it will be up to me that those' Rose determine in her mind as she coldly looked at the platform.

"Roseline and Caroline, are you both ready" Venerable Phoebe suddenly asked as looked at both girls on the platform. Although what Caroline said surprised her, she quickly came back to her senses and asked.

After seeing both of the girls nodding at the same time, she finally announced as she swiftly moved towards one of the edge of the platform.

As soon as Venerable Phoebe announced the start of the sparring match, Roseline moved.

While activating her movement spell, she quickly formed a yellow colored thin sword on her right hand as she activated another spell.

All through the time Roseline moved till the time she activated her offensive spell to attack, Caroline didn't move an inch.

"What is she doing?" Roselle suddenly asked with a confused expression on her face. But right when others were about to voice there doubts, Caroline suddenly move.

Twilight Slash!!

After Caroline launched her only offensive spell towards Roseline, she calmly withdrew back her gold colored sword as she thought.

'This match is over'

Back at the fast approaching Roseline, as soon as she saw a golden colored sword slash coming towards her, she intends to use her qi sword to fend off that attack.

But right when the two qis clashed, Roseline sword suddenly dissolved as Caroline slash landed on her.

"The winner of this sparring match is Caroline" Venerable Phoebe quickly announced as she looked at Roseline who has gone unconscious outside the platform with pity.

But she didn't know that none of her comrades were looking at Roseline but instead Caroline with a look of disbelief on there faces.

This word is currently in the minds of all the new recruits except Roseline and Powell as they stared at Caroline who is currently coming down the platform calmly.

«That spell she just used is a Divine rank spell» Pearce's replica suddenly spoke as she looked at Caroline from inside Pearce with a solemn gaze.

«Wait… What?» Pearce suddenly said with a shocked expression on his face. But the replica disregarded his expression as he continued.

«The name of that spell is Twilight. Unlike yours that has three stages, this has only one which is the Twilight Slash. But don't look down on this spell as it uniquely has five phases in it which is the initial, Excellent, Perfect, Extraordinary and Supernatural phases as the initial is the lowest while the Supernatural is the highest. Based on how she executed this spell, she might have just entered the initial phase»

«Looks like someone can rival my luck» Pearce suddenly said as he looked at Caroline with a twitching mouth. But he quickly turned his gaze somewhere when he noticed that Caroline was about to look at him.

But he didn't know that Caroline already knew that he was looking at her which made her to feel fuzzy within her.

"Is there anyone else that would like to spar?" Venerable Phoebe suddenly asked after giving Roseline some treatment to get better while being unconscious.

After seeing the children in front of her not moving an inch for a few minutes, she finally announced.

"Then I declare the end of this sparring contest"

'Finally' Pearce thought as he sighed in relief. But before he could move out of were he stood, Venerable Phoebe gave another announcement.

"Now that you all have gotten your first offensive spell, you next step is your very first mission as a novice rank monster slaying soldier. But before you guys will be given your first mission, we the Venerables have decided that you will all go into seclusion for three months to temper yourselves"

'Finally!!' Pearce thought excitedly as he gazed at Venerable Chou with respectful eyes.

«Won't you turn 13 by then?» Pearce's replica suddenly asked with a smirk on his face. But Pearce quickly rebuked him.

«Shut up»

"You all may now leave" Venerable Chou finally said as she mysteriously vanished from where when stood on the Dark Meteorite platform.

«So what do you wanna do during the three months of seclusion?» The replica asked as Pearce began to walk out of the Military Combat Pavilion.

«Learn some spells and temper my body more of cause» Pearce replied in a obvious tone.

«Then I will be the one that will guide you» The replica said with an anticipated expression on his face.

«Of cause. But I only want grade one spells for now. I don't want another Divine rank spell for now» Pearce spoke calmly

‹This boy is sensible› The replica thought with a smile on his face. Why Pearce's replica thought that was because if he learnt more than one Divine rank spell, people around him might get suspicious which might bring unnecessary trouble to him.

"So Pearce, what are you plans for this three months seclusion?" Drake asked as he approached Pearce while walking along the bushy road.

"Nothing much, just buying some spells with my battle points and getting familiar with them" Pearce quickly made an excuse with a carefree expression on his face.

"Well since you want to get familiar with the spells you will buy. Why don't you do that at the Military Combat Pavilion?" Drake asked with an anticipated expression on his face.

"Will the higher ups allow us?" Pearce asked with a surprised expression on his face.

"Well I don't know for now but we plan to seek there permission tomorrow" Drake said with a wondering expression on his face.

"Ok. But they do, please notify me" Pearce said with a slight smile on his face.

"Of cause"Drake replied back with a smile on his face.

While the new recruits were walking towards their dormitory, in the sky above the Military Combat Pavilion, Venerable Phoebe and Menacing Demon can be seen hovering above the dome.

"So how was it?" Menacing Demon asked with a calm look on his hideous face.

"Quite exciting" Venerable Phoebe replied with a slight smile on her face.

"What do you mean?" Menacing Demon suddenly asked with a confused expression on his face. After staying silent for some minutes, she finally spoke with a trace of anticipation on her face.

"It seems we will have a Qi Emperor soldier in the future"
