Chapter 17: His Name

"Surprise!!!" Renato and his brother shouted while holding bouquet, balloons and cake.

Oh? I didn't know it's their mom's birthday. If only I knew, I should have bought a present.

"Zyrus?" He's shocked to see me because who would believe I'm really here in their house when I firmly and strongly disagree the thought of it.

"Thank you boys, let's eat first."

Renato helped me to remove the apron. I really don't mind it but his brother is looking at me I mean glaring.

"Did you cook?"

I didn't answer and just sit to the vacant and it was next to him. We start praying and was about to dig in when Renato said.

"Mama, did Zyrus cook all of this?"

"Don't be exaggerating, mama did all the work. She maybe a little help in mincing or chopping"

"What? Zyrus still did a part."

I just watched them fighting if I cooked or not. I suddenly wish I can have a family like this. Arguing over a simple act.
