The Demonic Bee, severely injured, glared with a pair of intensely blood-red compound eyes in the black fog. It fixated on Liu Ming, while the incomplete wings on its back occasionally flapped up and down, kicking up gusts of wind that repelled the surrounding fog, preventing it from drawing near.

After a brief standoff that lasted a few breaths, the Demonic Bee suddenly let out a series of "squeaking" sounds and launched an attack. Its tail's stinger quivered and then detached and shot out, transforming midway into more than a hundred light yellow spikes about an inch long, densely packed and firing towards Liu Ming.

Simultaneously, a Yellow Radiance flickered at the tail of the bee, and a new stinger, identical to the previous one, grew out instantly and shot out more spiky radiance.

Liu Ming's hands formed a spell, and immediately, nine skeletal phantoms appeared in front of him. Spewing green flames, they instantly melted the majority of the incoming spikes into ash.
