Carra has been driving for a couple of hours and seen a place to pull off so she did and Ari jumped up wide awake looking around with her gun in hand.

" are you ok " Ari asked putting the gun back in its holster then pulling Carra into a hug when the girl's eyes became wet with tears.

" he held on for so long and even tried to warn me " Carra said burying her face in Ari's neck, Ari pushes the trucks seat all the way back hitting the seat behind them since it was a four door truck.

Ari pulled Carra over on top of her lap holding the girl who straddles her lap, Carra remembered when she kissed Ari on the lips before everything happened at the house and she kissed her again.

Ari took a closer look seeing that their eyes were missing and have a red looking eye on their head that kept looking around the area then stopped on Ari while some stopped on Carra who was still holding Ari as tight as she could.

" Carra as slow as you can get into the driver's seat and slowly start going because it will be hard to see through all of these birds so we don't wreck....can you do that or it's better I do it, climb in the back stay down " Ari said kissing Carra again to calm her down, she helped her into the back seat where she hugged her dog while Ari moved over to the driver seat expecting the hundreds of birds to break through the glass but they took off when she started the truck.

" Carra, baby it's ok to get back up here " Ari said patting the passenger seat as Carra reaches and hugged Ari tightly kissing her neck, lips and cheeks.

" I don't want to lose you, I just got you back " Carra said kissing Ari deeper and Ari smiled into the kiss while caressing Carra's back, she kissed her back then whispered in her ear.

" we got a few more hours to drive then we will spend time together " Ari said as Carra nodded her head but stopped looking at Ari in her eyes.

" when you get to Kalae are you not going to want me " Carra asked as Ari saw her heart, she smiled then kissed Carra again with more passion than before.

" it's the end of the world and I can say that I love you and Kalae, I also hope to introduce you to Len...I mean if that's ok with you hell I don't know if the other two would want this but I do " Ari said as Carra thought about it then smiled kissing Ari again and she was about to ask Ari a question but Ari beat her to it.

" no only if it's one of us four or we accept more lovers " Ari said as Carra chuckled kissing Ari again then crawled in the passenger seat and buckled her belt while smiling widely.

" I only want you Ari, so if I have to share then I will " Carra said holding Ari's hand as they drive off toward the reef that is far from the city.

Ari stopped about an hour from where Kalaes beach house is at, she kept recalling what her mom said about Kalae and how she couldn't forgive her when she got drunk one night ending up sleeping with someone. " yeah " Carra said pulling out a pair of binoculars looking out the back window of the cab then she gasped seeing over two dozen of those infected dogs along with about a hundred dead people being led by a pudgy creature that was almost ten feet tall and almost five to six feet wide with wings and a scorpion like tail that would dangerously swish behind it.

when Ari took the binoculars to look for herself she seen the thing stab a dog beside it as it's fur started to fall off with its skin as it's raw muscles started rippling as it grew twice the size and its jaw jetted out spreading wider than before with teeth almost six to nine inches longer than before.

Ari pulled out a camera giving the binoculars back to Carra as she watched while Ari was taking pictures of what the thing was doing as she caught it on camera doing the same thing with a few other dogs catching all of the transformations.

" I'm wanting to see what the people will turn into " Ari said as Carra pointed at something in the sky at a creature that was tall and slender with some kind of Exoskeleton on the outside of its body with a spear like tail that had hook like things on the sides.

" trade me spots, I'll tell you when to drive " Ari said as they switch seats, she kept snapping pictures of what those things was doing, she even could tell they was communicating when the one in the air was flying close to the big one like it nodded it's head flying back up.

" ok I got pics of her " Ari said noticing it was a female and a male making her tilt her head, she's heard of intersex but never seen any... not until these creatures that came around, she even seen that giant black wolf that she is a100% sure is to big to be from their world or their species of wolves.

I've seen enough let's hurry up " Ari said not catching the pair of red eyes that was watching her the whole time ahead of them, that left knowing Ari started moving again to get away from that general and his creatures. That was not suppose to be out especially two of the deadliest ones who are making unsanctioned beings against her masters orders, she noticed that the pig fucker sent his cousin that's a mini version of him even though its still massive.

Carra drove fast getting away from the horde of infected as she watched the two with wings take flight following them but keeping a distance as Carra speeds up loosing them in her rearview mirror while Ari used the binoculars looking around as they lost them.

" just up ahead, pull over and put those clothes on with the vest to keep you safe and those outfits will help with bites or stabs from things or people with small caliber guns or blades " Ari said helping load the vest down while putting some guns inside the two hip holsters she winked at Carra while getting everything ready along with a AK-47 with a good scope that would show night vision or heat vision if she needed.

Ari used the AK-47 using the heat signatures finding live people in two of 5 several houses that's here, she handed Carra the AK back as she put on her vest along with her other holsters with automatic sniper rifle that can shoot off thirty rounds consecutively strapped to her back with an automatic shotgun that fires off like a second gun. Ari smiled seeing how Carra loved her personal rifle, she knows Carra is a excellent shot and they was always hanging out because Ari does and did like Carra but was not a cheater.
