Hannah coldly looked at Adrian " First choice. Leaving my brother is not an option at all."

Adrian's lips arched as he heard Hannah's choice. 

Of course, he knew Hannah would choose the first option.

If Hannah was Alex's Achilles hills, then Alex was Hannah's Achilles hills.

To save him, she wouldn't even mind sacrificing the whole world, much less herself.

Moreover, not to leave any gap, he even said, once Alex died, she would live a peaceful life.

Who would like to live a peaceful life after sacrificing their brother?

Maybe others would, but Hannah, she would rather die than let any harm happen to his brother because of her in any way.

And he knows that better than anyone.

But still, he wanted to show her how serious her brother's situation was. So, that she wouldn't play around later and do her job perfectly.
