Damn thee seems to be a lot of shit to think about but first I need a Power to be able to kill the monsters if not, I'll be useless and will die immediately.

That really makes me happy to see her happy, it makes me even more happy that I'm the reason she's smiling and so happy.

Two people were talking to each other, one had black Hair and the other had Pink hair.

Both were wearing the school uniform and talking to each other in a secluded room where no one was around.

Since now it was PE class.

"Well we have no other option, now that the upper realm are involved." Said the pink haired girl.

"Since he posesses the forbidden magic he has to be killed."

"What forbidden magic?"

"I can't tell you the details but today we are going to the raid at evening right that's when we'll ambush and assassinate him."

These two were talking about killing someone.

If I look closer I can see Ariel and someone else talking to each other.

So they intend to kill someone today, someone who's going to the raid today.

Meaning it's either going to be me or that newbie she was talking about.

I wonder who this newbie guy is.

If he's a good person than I'm definately going to side with him and stop Ariel from doing something bad.

It as in-between class and all I could think about was Ariel sitting next to me.

It wasn't about Ariel sitting next to me but it aas about the fact that she was doing nothing but staring as James as if she were in love.

This really made me angry and I knew why, I mean I find Ariel attractive.

She's a goddess so nobody would be Gay enough to not find her attractive.

I hope it's just that, I ain't gonna be foolish enough to fall head over heels for someone again.

Especially not someone who's entirely in a different league from me.

I mean, people shove me every time they come to talk to Ariel and whenever Ariel talks to people she always has a cheerful smile on her face.

Especially when she's around that bastard James.

It seems like she likes him.

Well whatever I always knew she as out of my league so it doesn't concern me but I definately ain't letting her to that bastard James.

Not after what he tried to do to Rose and Isabel.

And as when it comes to Rose and Isabel, they are the same as ghey have always been.

They are very sociable now and it turns out as I expected Isabel is one of the most popular girls in this school as should be expected of her.

She's made a lit of friends and she seems to be happy, and also she hasn't looked at me once or tried to talk to me.

It's completely understandable really.

Rose was pretty much the same, the ever so popular, elegant lady was at the top of her popularity.

But, after Ariel showed up it turns out they both have been dropped by 1 position making Rose 2nd and Isabel 3 most popular women with Ariel the 1st.

Sometimes I wonder why I even manage to bring up the courage to like people so popular.

No wonder I was rejected, ghey probably see me as Nothing more than an extra.

*sigh* I heaved a heavy sigh after realising that I did a lot of embarrassing things and I am definately regretting that now.

I ain't gonna be dumb enough to catch feelings for someone like Ariel.

First of all she's a god, second of all she's beautiful.

There's no way she'd chose me out of all the presumably options she might get.

"Shall we go, the class has ended. And woild you stop staring at those women, it's kinda creepy."

"Haa!! That's funny because I just saw you staring at James like a maiden in love."

"How is that different? Is it because you are a women and I am a man or is it because I'm an ugly guy and you are a beautiful one??"

"Why do you keep calling me beautiful for no reason? Are you trying to flirt with me or something? Anyway it's different and I Don't really have to explain it to you. So shut up and let's go."

She became quite serious for a second there, giving compliments are supposed to make someone feel happier.

I guess for a guy like me calling someone beautiful or pretty would make it disgusting somehow.

I can't believe I have to apologize to someone because I complimented them.

It's truly a sad life.

So we had reached the pication of the rift and after some time, the guide had arrived and with her was someone unexpected.

"Ooh, I didn't know you had become like me."

"Like you? That's funny because he can't even awaken his powers. If only you were my master instead of this guy James, it'd be so much easier."

"Ooh hey miss Ariel.

"Ariel is fine."

So he's already calling her Miss Ariel? I've only ever called her goddess.

And turns out she really doesn't like me. I wonder what all of this was about.

Is this really the guy you are trying to kill? If you are trying to kill him than why are you so buddy buddy with him?

And I can't believe it's James, when did this guy manage to make a pact with a Goddess.

While I was looking at Ariel cheerfully chat with James, his guide came to me.

We greeted each other and than it was pin drop silence.

That's when I realised something.

It's true afterall, i've tried my best not to think about it much.

But, after James showed up I realised it, the brutal truth

Trying to kill me because I got some Forbidden magic.

The target was not the newbie but it was me all along.
