| 14 - To Remind You

I entered my study and banged on the door. I'm sorry, my love. All I do is hurt you. I didn't mean to slap her-I did it in the heat of the moment. I regretted instantly what I did. She is just so stubborn. I know I was wrong, but I didn't apologize. I know she doesn't want to see me at the moment. In fact, she doesn't really want to see me at all.

She sees me as a monster now, for sure.

My study looks like a mess as I've thrown everything around. Broken glasses and papers are scattered on the floor.

How could she not recognize me? I always loved her.

Why!

'Mia Amore!'

'My love!'

'My lover!'

'My Mate!'

"Aaaaaahhh!" I screamed at the top of my lungs and break everything I could.

"Why does it have to be like this?"

After a few minutes, the door swung open.

There, stood Jedrick, Xander, and Chase looking shocked. Wanna know why? This is the second time they have seen me all messed up big time. I haven't been like this for a long time.

My hair is disheveled and my dress shirt is out of place with a missing few buttons.

"What's going on, Alpha?" Jedrick asked in disbelief. I shook my head dejectedly and he cursed under his breath.

"It must be Amari," murmured Xander.

Chase looks at the door, then at me. He knitted his eyebrows and ask, "What did you do to Amari?" His voice is calm, dangerously calm. I know he felt affection for Amari from the very first time. He sees her as a little sister since he has no sister.

Before I could even answer Chase, I got a whiff of Amari's sweet scent. Someone knocked on the door and Amari stepped in as it was already opened. She stared at us blankly for a while.

"Could I have a word with you, Alpha?" she asked looking at the floor.

I signaled for my men to leave. They gave me a warning look before leaving. Once they did, I signaled for Amari to sit.

"Please sit down."

She sat across from me and suddenly began to weep covering her mouth.

"Alpha," she began. Her voice cracked. "Why don't you just let me go? I wanna leave this place. I don't want to be here anymore, please."

I tried to be calmed, yet couldn't. So, she wants to leave? Is that what she wanted?

"Why don't you understand, love?" I began softly. "YOU BELONG HERE...I'LL NEVER LET YOU LEAVE. YOU BELONG TO ME AND ONLY ME. YOU'RE ALREADY PREGNANT AND YOU STILL THINK OF LEAVING!? HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU WANT ME TO DO IT TO YOU TO KEEP YOU HERE?" I roared in anger. I'll make sure she never leaves. She just wailed in response. I'm balling my fist in rage. How could she thinks of leaving me!

I'm gonna make her mine again just to remind her, so I went to the door and locked it. This study is soundproof if it's close. Earlier, it was a jar that's why my men were able to hear me.

She didn't even notice what I did until I pinned her on the couch. She didn't even protests. Her tears are the only reminder of her disapproval.

"I'll make you mine again today," I whispered in her ear. She shook her head and sobbed. "This will always be fresh in your head."

I kissed her lips and forced my tongue inside her mouth. My other hand explores her body and she trashes underneath me.

She sobbed harder and finally pleaded, "Not again, please!"

I don't want to listen as I continue to grope her.

"Ahhhhhh!"

"Please no-"

"Please yes," I mocked.

"HELP! HELP ME!"

"Someone, please!"

"You are a dirty man!"

"Please stop this-"

"Ahhhhhh, Alpha!"

"I'll never forgive you for this!"

"You are retarded and dirty-minded sick person!"

She was sobbing, gasping, and pleading until I collapsed on top of her.

Her eyes held no life anymore, and she looked devastated. Her eyes are puffy and red.

I kissed her again and again and again. She is not responding, but her eyes are still open. I can see as her head is tilted to the side.

"Don't tell me you don't feel the spark every time we touch!" After I said that, she jerked her head at me.

"I do"-she wiped her eyes with her arm-"but not like this. Not when you forced yourself on me. I don't understand why I feel this sparks towards you. We're not mates. Why do I always feel this STATICS whenever our skin touch? Why?"

"Because we're mates," I blurted out. Her head snapped at me and we're almost kissing as I am still in position. Her eyes were wide and her mouth is a jar. She turned from shock to anger.

"No! You're lying. We're not-"

"Yes, we are," I whispered closing my eyes tightly with a deep sigh. I finally told her. Yet, she still doesn't recognize me. I hate the fact that she doesn't know me anymore. It only means that she had forgotten about me.

She sobbed and hit me on the chest. "Then, why? Why did you hurt me? Why are you doing this to me...is it because you couldn't accept an omega mate?" How could she think lowly of herself? Of course, that wasn't the reason. "You should just have rejected me! Or you want to use me before you reject me! That's even worse!" How could she think that I just want her for her body! I love her so much that it hurts.

"I'm not going to reject you because I love you. I never stopped loving you..."
