He quivered the boy's hair.
"Some premature youngsters need to be safeguarded from themselves."
She smirked and shook.

She winked at the lad and mumbled, "You're in the doghouse, young man. And just for that, I'm fetching you a whip!"
"I can't surmise you redeemed that kid without getting killed."
"Yeah, I don't realize what I was speculating. I guess I wasn't speculating at all, simply countering to the situation."

He smirked and positioned a finger under her chin. Tilting her face up, he bent low, drifting just over her lips. "Can I have a kiss as my reward?"
