Ch. 213 - The Finale (Final)

"Jin....How many times have we clashed like this?" Michael asked between his heavy breaths.

"We've clashed many times for me to remember." Jin answered with a shake of his head. What he said is actually true. He and Michael have clashed for trillions of years and it's almost hard for him to remember how many times it happened.

The only thing that he can remember is their first clash in Heaven, when Lucifer went against God and his kingdom of Heaven.

He could still vividly remember how he fell from the sky after getting his feathery wings ripped away by his very own brother, Michael.

Even though it was just a memory for him and he hasn't experienced it, Jin could still feel the pain on his back whenever he tries to recall it.

"You're right, but now I intend to make this the last one." Michael expressed his determination.

"So, you're gonna admit that you're going to die now?"

"The opposite." Leaving those words, Michael once again rushed towards Jin and resumed their clash.

At the same time, the army of Angels that Michael brought with him also clashed against the devils.

"To the death of the white feathers!" Raising their weapons and blowing flame from their nostrils, the devils all showed no fear and displayed their loyalty to Jin by resisting the angels even until the last of their breaths.

"For the glory of God!" The opposite side also chanted their own war cries before bringing down their holy weapons.

With both sides clashing against each other, the only side that were unfortunate were the humans living inside their walls and the titans who used to be the top of the food chain. But now, a single slice from a devil is enough to decapitate one of them with ease, not even giving them time to recover.

On top of the walls, Levi, Eren and Erwin were watching the war with fear on their faces except for Eren who was excited and happy to see the cruel titans being mowed like grasses in a field.

Thanks to the devils eliminating every titan inside the wall Maria, it became easy for their regiment to close off the gap and take it back.

"This is not a fight that we must involve ourselves in." Erwin stated before closing his eyes and turning around to walk away.

Watching his back, Levi shifted his focus back to the ongoing war and clenched his fists.

All this time, he has thought that the titans are their greatest enemy and also the powerful.

Who knew there would be such beings far stronger than the said titans exist.

'Are Humans really this weak?' Levi whispered to himself before turning around to follow his commander.

Meanwhile, Eren stayed on top of the walls to watch the ongoing war.

As a matter of fact, he's not the only one on top of the walls.

Mikasa and Armin were also standing beside him.

Mikasa has her usual cold face but there was a tinge of fear in her eyes while only Armin was shivering in fear.

"H-How can we fight those beings!" He said.

"We don't need to fight them! They're our allies!" Eren retorted quite fiercely, making Armin zip his mouth and keep his opinions to himself lest Eren open his mouth again.

"Are you sure this is the place you want to fight in?" Jin asked while pointing at the Wall Maria where thousands of humans live.

Looking at where Jin pointed at, Michael gripped his holy light sword tightly before glaring at his ex-brother.

"What do you want to do, Jin? Involving the innocents in our fight again like you always do?" Michael seemed to have some bad memories when it comes to fighting with Jin.

'Well, if I was the previous Lucifer, I would indeed use the lives of the innocents for my advantage but I'm not him.' Jin said to himself before looking at Michael again and proposed.

"What do you think of taking this fight somewhere else? I'm sure that's what you want, right?" Jin offered.

'...This is clearly a trap but for the sake of the lives of innocents, I would gladly take this trap just for them.' Dedicated to his job of protecting the innocents, Michael nodded his head and agreed, watching Jin intently to see if he's going to do some underhanded tricks.

Fortunately, Jin only opened a purplish portal that definitely screams Trap to Michael.

Despite this, Michael must endure and face the trap alone, for the glory of God and to fulfill his duty as the protector of the weak and innocent.

Following up to Jin who recently entered, the portal then closed by itself, under the worried looks of the Angels along with the devils whose expressions were contrary to the Angels.

The devils were confident that the strongest angel, Michael is no match for their Father.

"Where are we?" Michael asked before looking around and saw nothing but wide space. Though looking at the red sky and reddish ground, Michael could tell that he's currently in Hell.

'If you're thinking of Hell then you're wrong." Jin then snapped his finger which then replaced the Hellish look of the room and turned into a wide space of lush trees and grassy grounds. The previous red sky is now blue and has quite clouds.

It looks very similar to a place on Earth.

"This is my personal dimension, Genesis." Jin confidently said which Michael snarled at him of.

"Quite confident of you for naming it Genesis, considering you were the first angel to betray father."

"Whether you like it or not but the name Genesis came from me." Jin replied, sure Moses was the so-called creator of Genesis but the word itself originated from the original Lucifer before he fell.

[A/N: I have no idea about such things in the bible so if I'm wrong, I apologize and don't be offended.]

"Hmph!" Scoffing at Jin's words, Michael brandished his holy light sword once again and rushed towards Jin, this time he's not gonna hold back anymore.

*Boom!*

Surprised at Michael's sudden increase in speed, Jin used his forearms to block the holy light sword.

*Sizzle!*

Feeling the hot sensation in his forearm, Jin clicked his tongue, speculating that some sort of play is in order which made Michael seem to be stronger.

'God...' Squinting his eyes, there's only one person in his mind that suits perfectly for the reason why.

After all, only God has the ability to give Michael enough strength to contend with him for a few seconds.

'There's a reason why I'm near God's level.' Wanting to show Michael the reason why, Jin boldly grabbed the holy light sword with both of his hands before snapping it in half.

*Crack!*

*Snap!*

Not expecting such a move coming from Jin, Michael tried to back away only for Jin to reach out to his cloth and pulled his back towards him.

*BOOM!*

Feeling pain on his nose after getting head bumped by Jin, Michael was about to open his eyes when Jin suddenly opened his mouth and a dark purple flame came gushing out and hit Michael straight to his face.

"Aaarggghhh!" Screaming out in pain, Michael quickly unleashed his wings and used them to fly up in the sky, dragging Jin along, which he obviously allowed him to do so.

Once they reached the right altitude, Michael used all of his strength to throw Jin back down towards the ground.

Like a meteor falling on earth except the said meteor is thousand times faster than the speed of light, Jin collided with the ground and continued falling until he reached the deepest part of the underground, which is the core of the earth.

Since Jin aims to fully replicate Earth for their final battle, he even replicated the gravity, the layers of the earth and if given enough time, he could've made a new earth all by himself.

Spitting out of the gravels and dirt on his mouth, Jin flew out of the hole where he was buried in and noticed that half of the earth is now ruined.

From the looks of it, the cause was the impact he made when he landed due to Michael's beyond-lightspeed throw.

Seeing Michael in the sky, Jin grinned and the time stopped.

"I could've killed you several times in just a second but you should thank your father. If it wasn't for him, you wouldn't be alive after this." Jin said to himself before touching Michael's forehead and absorbed half of his holy power.

Not totally absorbed since that would destroy his physical body but he just absorbed and stored it in a separate container.

He's going to experiment with something.

After doing just that, Jin then proceeded to send Michael back to Heaven before going back to the world of attack on titan.

He could sense that the devil side is close to losing and if it wasn't for Tigress, Rapunzel, Elsa and Mavis bringing back the balance on the table, perhaps the devils would've lost long before the battle could reach a 5 minute threshold.

Flashing back to the battlefield, Jin saw several mixed corpses of Angels and Devils on the ground.

"I deem this battle as over!" Jin yelled loudly, causing the devils and Angels to look at him in surprise.

While the devils were cheering happily, the expressions of the Angels were somber, they tried to search for Michael's presence but found none. So they assumed the worst.

Jin then remembered the conversation he had with God.
