Sorry for You

Gideon sat beside the bed. The wolf was strong even though She was still small. She also carried a round bag. He chuckled.

He glanced at the large bag. It was lying in the corner. He found the scent of meat from there.

"Is she on her way? Looking for me?"

The monologue brought a smile to him. It's so hard to hold back a smile, he thought. The day was very happy.

Dev spoke sadly, "She has to wake up soon. I wanna apologize."

"You have to. The marks from your bite are deep."

"She almost fell. I was so scared. She's still young."

Gideon adjusted the blanket on Scarlett. At that young age, she was exploring on her own. She had a lot of courage.

"You came at a bad time," he mumbled.
