Harry didn't know how to think about his current surroundings. Since before he could remember, he wasn't treated well by Petunia, yet currently here he was, being treated better then Dudley was.
This all started when He and Dudley had met a pinkette and blunette a week ago, on that day Dudley and he got grounded. Surprisingly sneaking out and listening in on a talk between very powerful people wasn't really accepted here.
Luckily Vi and Powder's presence took away from any real issues, and one of Petunia's co-workers which knew us was a part of the group. So, Harry and Dudley were told off and given to Petunia for punishment, which consisted of no books for Harry, no crayons or any small knickknacks Dudley had collected and house arrest for both.
It didn't last long after Dudley started planning and attempting poorly thought-out escape attempts and Harry on multiple occasions had spouts of accidental magic which either made a mess of the room or opened the front door with a bang.
Dudley's worst, yet most successful escape attempt was when he managed to get the attention of our next-door neighbor by yelling out that he was trapped and kidnapped. A 13-year-old non-human bat lookalike knocked on the door asking if anything was wrong. Dudley was only given a quarter of his usual meals as punishment for that.
So here Harry was eating from a plate bigger than Dudley's with a feeling he had never felt before. Superiority. Yes, Harry had magic, but this was something physical!

As Harry was going through his little power trip that any kid would have in his scenario.
Petunia was sitting next to him in their lounge room/kitchen with a contemplative expression.
Since Harry and Dudley's foolish escape to listen into a meeting between literal revolutionist freedom fighters. She had been pulled into their group, mainly due to her own views that Harry, Dudley, and she will most likely be stuck here in the undercity so improving their lives with their own rights which would come with the creation of Zaun.
In doing so, she had befriended the parents of the two little girls which were caught alongside the little gremlins she calls her children.
"Mommy, when are we gonna be ungrounded?" She's cut off from her reflecting with Dudley's question.
"There's a small meeting today at Vendor's place, I'll be taking you with me so you can play around with the other kids during the meeting.
"Freedom!" Dudley cheers pumping his fist.
Petunia holds up her finger, "now just wait a moment. Even though you are being let out, I'm still holding onto your toys, and you're coming right back here after. You two are still grounded," Dudley's face scrunches up.
"Ah, none of that or you won't get them back ever. And remember, if either of you ever get into trouble like this again, I will never get you anymore toys."
"Yes, Aunt Petunia," "yes mommy," they both chant together despairingly.
"Good, now let's be off." Says Petunia.

The three of them walk into Vander's place. The place looked to be an unused bar, with a counter, tables, chairs, as well as a few bottles still present. All of which had clear signs of damage. A few of the tables and chairs lay on the ground broken, piles of broken glass in a few corners. Even a few broken floorboards.
"Wow" Harry mutters taking it all in.
"An enforcer raid. But you're too young to be apart of such things," says Vander as he comes in from a back door.
"Oh sorry, were we early for the meeting?" Petunia asks noticing the distinct lack of other freedom fighters.
"Just a bit. Anyway, how have you two been?" Vander chuckles.
"Good," Harry dismisses.
"Trapped," Dudley groans
Vander laughs at Dudley's temper.
After that, they all move to the counter and are given drinks ranging from lightly alcoholic for Petunia, to a weird not orange juice for Dudley and Harry.
After a few minutes a "hey, it's those two boys!" emanates from the entrance as the family of blue and pink hairs walks in.
"Violet Don't be rude." Pink haired father lightly scolds.
After they arrive, the rest of the group slowly trickle in and soon the adults move into a side room for the meeting.
"So how bad did you two get in trouble?" Vi asks.
"Kept in house… without anything to do," Harry slowly gets out with Dudley nodding to the side.
"Wow, we were just banned from going to Jericho's for the next month," Vi says whistling a cheeky little tune.
"That's unfair!" Dudley yells out in English.
"What did he say?" asks Powder.
"Unfair," Harry translates.
Vi laughs while pointing at Dudley with both Harry and Powder snickering along.

In the other room, the group of revolutionists are laying down the early planning phase of the creation of Zaun.
"The miners are alongside us for this show of unity," pipes up a woman with black pupils.
The overweight one asks, "what about those underground traders who move those illicit animals and produce?"
"Sorry Benzo but they aren't going to ever join us." The blue haired father sighs.
"I'll deal with them, I'm pretty sure Huck has a stake in them," Vander interrupts.
A few chortle at the mention of Huck.
"How does a man with such little spine survive down here?" comes a stray question.
Vander looks out at them with a glare, "He always delivers what he promises, that's how."
After that everything continues, Goals are set and the date for the next meeting is set.
After most leave, Vander grabs Petunia's attention with a yell.
"I know you joined us, but we just need to know. Are you going to be with us in the walk into Piltover?"
Petunia freezes for a moment, she knows that the walk into Piltover is just to bring their attention to our unity. But what if something bad happens, Harry and Dudley aren't of an age where they can live without her.
"I…" Petunia pauses.
"I know you have kids, and you are only looking out for them. but you should know that without Piltover seeing us as true people instead of the crime filled pit they see currently. We need to make our own place in the world."
She thinks it over for a few moments.
Currently, Enforcers lay down the law with iron first when it comes to the Lanes. A few weeks ago she saw a thirteen-year-old kid getting beat to the inch of his life for pick pocketing a councilor's cousin, it was one of the most horrific things she had ever seen.
The worst part was that she wasn't scared for herself, but instead for the kids under her care.
"I have to think about this…" She finally gets out.
