Chapter 2

Sweating like a pig and seriously out of breath, Adoneous reached a huge white building labelled 'BEAST ASSOCIATION'. Luckily, the distribution had just started and he secretly joined the mob gathered from the back.

After nearly an hour, he was stuffed a white jade like egg, and pushed out. However ignoring all that, he pushed his will into the egg, and instantly an infant like will grasped onto him, wishing to view the outside world. Adoneous smiled and slowly made his will imprint onto the beast, and with that a faint line of will formed between them.

The egg was slowly covered in a green light and a fine crack spread out like a web over its surface. Soon a small head popped out of the egg. Adoneous stared strangely at the newly hatched beast. A small black lizard stared at him intently.

"A lizard huh. Hmm, I can make do with that."

Going to the next room, he went to forward to a reception table and said to the young woman behind the table and said,

"My name is Adoneous Alucard, and I have successfully formed a will imp-pardon me, a contract with this beast here."

The woman gazed at the black lizard on the shoulder of the beast, and was surprised. A black lizard beast usually is afraid by nature due to its weak strength, yet the lizard on the man's shoulder was not cowering but had its head held up and stared at everything around it with a mild curiosity and contempt. In reality, after the contract was formed, the lizard all the memories of Adoneous, both present and past. After watching all the legendary beasts in Adoneous's memories, coupled with Adoneous's strong spiritual strength, its mental age had already matured. Moreover, after all the luxuries it witnessed in Adoneous's memories, all its surrounding paled starkly.

Adoneous signed all the necessary formalities, and went to a huge bus and claimed the front seats for himself and the lizard. Their legend had just began.
