- Queen of the Mountains
It's a little white fox? I walk up to it and look at its status, confused as to why I didn't pick it up with 6th sense.

"HOLY FOX!"
I jump back and get ready to fight. Apparently, the thing didn't even wake up from yelling in its face. For an A-rank, it sure is oblivious. I've got a feeling I may not be able to do anything against this thing, considering it's the strongest thing on the mountain. Plus it's got a new rank I've never seen before.
'Ellie, what's an area boss?'
[An area boss is the strongest creature in a given domain. They're also trapped in one domain and cannot leave it. For instance, this Moonlight Fox is stuck in this mountain range that we're in. It seems to have found the second-hand mana coming from you and out of the vent you created. Hence, it decided to take the highest concentrated area of mana as its home.]
Well, I hate to break it to it, but that mana isn't gonna last. I should get out of here before this absolute monster wakes up. I look at it one more time before leaving, and it's quite a cute creature. It's fur is white with pastel pink coloring on its feet, the tip of its tail, and its ears. It's also probably just a little bit bigger than a regular fox. Honestly, I don't wanna have to kill this thing eventually.
I change into my human form and start walking away from it as fast as possible but slow enough to not be loud. Eventually, I get far enough away from the fox and take off running. I get to a clear part of the forest and retransform back into an Elder Drake. Obviously, I'm gonna try to fly.
I kneel down and look up at the sky. I tense up all my muscles and jump as high up as I can, while also flapping my wings. When I try flapping, I feel some of my magic power go into my winds and hear a burst of wind behind me as I knock over a tree behind me with the air pressure created by my wings. I soar into the air extremely fast, reaching the clouds in seconds. I soar through them and see the peak of the mountain piercing them like a spear. I soar towards it and circle around it.
"HOLY FUCK FLYING IS AWESOME!"
I fly up extremely high and fall backwards towards the Earth before flapping back up and landing on the peak of the mountain with a thud. I'm surprised that I don't feel cold on this snowcap, but then again I'm designed to fly at even higher altitudes than this so it makes sense. I start to feel that something is near me with 6th sense. I look at its direction and I see a white wolf that's about half my size trying to hide from me.
'Let me see the status of that wolf.'

Ah, I can take it. I dash towards the wolf, which elicits a growl from it. It doesn't really seem too keen on fighting me. Though, I don't care. I charge it and hit it into the air with my arm. The wolf goes into the air at least 40 feet and crashes down. Before it has a chance to get up, I jump on top of it and bite into its head. I'm not able to bite through however, as the wolf covers its head in ice. I let go and slam down onto its head with my claw and crack the ice and pierce its head.

That was much easier than before. I guess the difference between a World boss and a regular is pretty big.

Hmm. That doesn't give me as much energy as it used to. I'm guessing the higher your level gets, the less energy you'll get from eating creatures your strength or less. It makes sense honestly, but it still fucking sucks for me.
[That just means that if you eat a creature that's stronger than you, you'll get even more energy.]
"Oh, that's good. Maybe I should've killed that fox before… I wonder if it's still there. Ellie, lead the way!"
[In five miles turn left…

After a few minutes of flying, I get back to that clearing and make my way back to the cave. I change back into my humanoid form and start creeping up slowly. I can't rely on my 6th sense for that fox because it's stronger than me. As I near the cave, I see a flash of white light coming towards me. I quickly duck and get some of my hair cut off.
"Holy shit!"
I start running towards the cave at an angle. I guess that fox woke up.
[Probably because of its lesser clairvoyance skill.]

"Fuck thats right! I forgot it had that!"
*SHOOOMP*
A stream of light blasts towards me, cutting trees on its way. Luckily, I'm faster in this form. I dodge out of the way and a beam of dark magic towards the place the light came from. A deep purple magic comes out of my hand and sends a thin beam towards where I'm aiming.
*BANG*
I hear it hit the rocks. I assumed it wouldn't hit, but it gave me a little break to switch and run the other direction towards the cave. Eventually, after a few more attacks and counter attacks, I reach the cave. The second I come out of the treeline the thing tries pouncing on me. I shoot out with my arm, trying to stab it with the claws on the end of my fingers. Because it's in the air, It can't dodge, however, it can claw my arms up. As my claws pierce its skin, I very quickly pull them back out and dodge backwards, trying to avoid its own claw attack. I nearly get away, but it clips my arm and cuts it deep. I grit my teeth and cast an Ice spear straight into its stomach right before it lands. It clips its side and goes crashing through the rock behind it.
The fox sends another beam at me, which I meet with my own dark magic beam. The two energies slam together, but it seems like the fox's has the edge on it. I quickly dodge down and charge forwards, slashing across the fox's face before it can react.
"Damn! This form is fast!"
The fox yelps and bounces back. I managed to get its eyes! It opens its mouth and I see a qhite light start building out of it. I quickly turn back into my Drake form and start using my own breath attack! My thoughts are that my breath attack should be stronger after adding some of the napalm from the fire gland. Our breaths combine with an immense amount of strength behind them. This fight probably looks a little ridiculous because this small fox is nearly as strong as me with its breath attack. Mine is ever so slightly stronger though, and while we're locked in these breath attacks, I send some Earth spears hardened into tungsten into the things open stomach wound.
*SHICK*
It pierces straight through and comes out the back, severing its spine! I turn the tip of the spear into a nail head, keeping it there. It yelps and lets its beam collapse. Bad mistake. My fire breath plows into it and immediately starts to melt the tungsten. The fox tries its absolute hardest to get away, seemingly regretting its strength as it's going through immense pain and being unable to die. Obviously, I feel absolutely awful for this. I stop the breath and run up to it before slashing its head off.

I look at the pitiful corpse of the fox I just killed and feel a bit of a bite on my heart. I very quickly pull all the melted metal out of the fox and throw it in my mouth. Eating it in one bite.
