The fierce battle had continued, and though the O'Subaiya clan of the plains had more numbers, the invading Na'Vi held the advantage by possessing Ikran.

And anyone who has to fight, even with the most modern weapons, against an enemy that completely dominates the air, fights like a savage against modern European troops, with the same disadvantages and with the same chance of success - Erwin Romel.

And those very words were being seen with the battle raging on the outskirts of the O'Subaiya tribe, the Ikran horsemen descending with their mounts from the sky like angels of death, laying down several kills per minute.

Only an hour had passed since the conflict began, and yet there were already hundreds dead on both sides, with the plains warriors having the disadvantage.

The leader pulled his spear out of the stomach of an enemy, then leaned on the pommel of his spear in exhaustion, but because of that, he could not react in time to avoid the onslaught of a Pa'Li, which was being ridden by an invading Na'Vi, who, seeing that it was a member of the tribe they were invading, turned his mount, then dashed the leader while gripping his spear in a tight grip.

However, only ten meters from the tribal leader, the Na'Vi riding the Pa'Li stopped dead in his tracks, as he looked up, wanting to discover something.

The other invading Na'Vis did the same, the reason being due to loud sounds, the only ones not surprised by the sound were the O'Subaiya tribesmen, who, unlike their counterparts, continued the fight, and even with a much stronger fervor.

To the east of the tribe, loud thumping sounds, resembling the galloping of horses, began to be heard.

A few seconds later, from a distance, horsemen could be seen appearing on the horizon, as they produced a distinctive sound from their horns.

This boosted the morale of the O'Subaiya clan warriors, who, after regrouping, continued the fight.

At the other end of the battle, the horn-blowing horsemen waited, until seconds later a Na'Vi cavalry could be seen.

Aleyx mounted his Thanator, as he watched the chaos taking place on the plain.

"I don't want any death of the animals unless it is necessary, besides, I don't want prisoners this time, kill them all!" Raised his reasoning Aleyx, to then begin a charge into battle.

The other riders, who rode Pa'Li or Thanator followed close behind, with some firing their arrows at the enemies, while the front line held their spears, with which they longed to impale those who deigned to attack their 'brothers', while above them, hovered hundreds of Ikran riders.

After a while, the allied cavalry met their foes, worsening the initial chaos.

Aleyx, for his part, gutted and tore apart any Na'Vi he could not see with the mark of his tribe with the help of Fang, Fang jumped high enough to take the Pa'Li riders, while not hurting the (Pa'Li) horses.

"Aleyx, these are still alive," said a Na'Vi to Aleyx, called Sume'y, as he held an enemy Na'Vi by its neural braid in his left hand, and with his right hand he held a long knife to its neck.

"Tell me your names, and the reason for your attack on the O'Subaiya tribe, and do not lie, or the teeth of Fang will be waiting for you," said Aleyx as he approached the two, to affirm his point, Fang growled slightly, retracting the plates that covered his jaw, revealing his long, sharp teeth.

"They will kill my children, they will kill my children" That's just what the Na'Vi on the right was saying, while his companion only sobbed.

Aleyx saw this and became impatient, grabbed the sobbing Na'Vi by the neck, and lifted him off the ground.

"Tell me what I need to know, or you will die a slow death, as will your tribe once I learn your origin by means other than from you," Aleyx whispered to the Na'Vi, who was struggling to break free from Aleyx's tight grip.

"We are .... Tos, belonging.... to the Mate'yia clan, our children are prisoners, they... the people of the sky" the Na'Vi began to say, as he struggled to breathe.

"Shit!"

Was all Aleyx voiced about Na'Vi's story, and boy was the subject a difficult one.

It turns out that the tribe he belonged to, called Mate'yia, was being held hostage by the sky people, or at least all the children and elders of the clan were, as were the Olo'eyktan and the Tsahik of the tribe.

Why did it come to this, and who were the ones holding the weak members of the tribe prisoner?

 The RDA was not the only human group to have arrived at Pandora, or the largest there were over five large human settlements on Pandora, one of the largest being the settlement of the Collectors, a human group sent to Pandora thanks to money from large private companies, who were not looking to mine the planet but to discover a way to find a way to extend human life.

And while the Avatar project could do that, the proud entrepreneurs did not want to leave their human bodies, to move into an alien body.

It was with this in mind that these rich and greedy businessmen sponsored their group on Pandora, which represented their interests on the moon of Polyphemus.

This group was much more aggressive towards the Na'Vi than the humans of Hell Gate, who were more aggressive towards the natives than any of the other human groups, since the Collectors' focus was on finding a way to extend a person's life cycle, not on wasting time engaging in friendly relations with the Na'Vi.

Now, what did that have to do with the O'Subaiya tribe being attacked? That was a much more interesting topic, one that made Aleyx's blood boil, wanting to kill all members of the group called the Collectors.
