After Aaron and his friends left the pub, the staff gathered around the mess on the ground and turned to their manager, a middle-aged man dressed in a fitting suit. One of them asked hesitantly, "Manager, are we just going to let them go like that?"

The manager glared at the staff member and snapped, "What else can we do? That gangster was a high-stage martial disciple, and his brother is the head of their gang. And as for the other group, they looked like they came from powerful backgrounds and were all cultivators! We can't mess with people like them, especially the one who acted last.. He's dangerous!"

The server looked bewildered. "Dangerous? Why would you say that?"

The manager scoffed. "Of course. That guy who acted just now was at least a peak-intermediate martial disciple. And did you see his eyes? They were glowing with Spirit Energy. He's clearly very talented, but he was not impulsive or arrogant. I saw him watching his friends fight as he circled the area, waiting for his chance.. And he found it, attacking without any hesitation"

The staff member looked at the manager in awe. "You saw him in the midst of all the ruckus?"

The manager nodded. "I've seen my fair share of fights in my time. You learn to pick up on these things. Now, what we do is wait. That gangster said he'd call for reinforcements, so we'll just have to calculate our losses once they leave. And we'll make sure to put all the damages on him. We'll also preserve the surveillance footage and send it to our boss. He'll know what to do."

The staff member nodded meekly. "Yes, sir. You're very knowledgeable. I'll make sure to follow your instructions."

The manager smiled faintly. "That's what I'm here for. Just remember, when it comes to cultivators, we're no match for them. We can only report to our superiors and let them handle it."

After Aaron and his friends left the pub, they didn't feel like going anywhere else, so they decided to head back home. However, what had happened tonight had left a deep impression on Aaron. He had just encountered a random gangster, yet the man had displayed a surprisingly high level of martial arts skill. This made Aaron realize that, despite there being billions of people in the world, there were still individuals with extraordinary abilities that could cause harm to him and those around him.

The problem with encountering people like this was that one would never know when it would happen. What if he accidentally offended a high-level cultivator in the future? Such a person could easily injure him or even his family with just a flick of their fingers. Aaron did not want to relive the traumatic experience of his past life, so he knew he had to become a cultivator as soon as possible.

Being a disciple, even a high-stage one, would not be enough to protect him. He needed to become a true cultivator. With this in mind, Aaron decided to hit the bed and enter the Hunting Dimension. But before he did, he checked his phone and saw that he had received two messages from Sara. The first one read, "Aaron, I got home safe," followed by a cute emoticon. The second one was sent three minutes later and read, "Aaron, I'm sleeping soon. Goodnight," along with a sleeping emoticon.

Aaron couldn't help but wonder why Sara felt the need to message him before going to bed. He found it odd that she was so polite, but decided not to reply and risk waking her up. He scrolled through his social media feeds for a bit, but found nothing of interest, so he put down his phone and closed his eyes.

Within a minute, Aaron's breathing stabilized, and he entered the Hunting Dimension. Meanwhile, on the other end of the phone, Sara waited for a response from Aaron. When she didn't receive one, she threw her phone and rolled around on her bed, feeling disappointed and frustrated.

The next day, which was a Sunday, Aaron woke up early in the morning, feeling energized and determined to continue his cultivation journey. He had his breakfast and bid farewell to his concerned mother, Lucy, before leaving for the Training Center.

Upon his arrival, Aaron surveyed the area and noticed that most of the other cultivators who had arrived early yesterday were already there. Despite feeling impressed with their diligence, Aaron reminded himself that he needed to work harder and be more committed.

As he walked towards the hall, he noticed a few thin lines of Spirit Energy flying around in the air, and quickly collected them on his way to the hall. This helped him earn a couple more days of cultivation, and he couldn't help but smile with satisfaction.

With the Auto Hunting feature and his absorption, the number of absorbed Spirit Crystals had increased significantly. "108 Spirit Crystals absorbed!" he thought to himself, feeling pleased with his progress.

As he looked around the hall, a sinister grin appeared on his face. "If beating someone up makes those Spirit Energy lines appear… Then I'm going to fuck up everyone in this hall!" he said with confidence.
