Chapter 2

The man shook his head. "I- i really don't know sir, "W-we didn't bring the Nundu, we brought the eggs si-sir".

"owh well why didn't you say so then, could have spared yourself a slap don't you think so, What creature are these eggs then".

The man felt deflated and looked down on the ground and said. "I don't know". "Where did you get them from". "I don't know". "You don't know anything do you?". "Im just the carrier sir, ask my associate".

Davy stunned him and revived his associate.

"So, here is how it's gonna go, i ask you answer you got it?".

The man didn't talk, he just stared with fierce intent to kill. "Where did you get these eggs and what creature are they?".

The man continued to stare even after a few threats from Davy he just chuckled and started. Davy stunned him and revived one of the men who came with the Nundu. This time he used an illusion spell to make it look like the three others were dead.

"You are the last one alive, The other three chose to lie so they died a horrible death and now it's your turn". Davy and Cho stood next to each other pointing their wands at the head of the man.

The man filled with fear started blabbering nonsense. "I ask and you answer, if you lie you'll follow them you understand?". The man was stunned hearing the aurors voice and immediately beamed happily" Auror Davy? It's me, bron". Davy looked confused at the unknown man. "I am bron, the deliveryman? we met few years ago".

"Bron from Bronx?". "Wha? God no not that ugly thing from the brom, i am bron, The handsome one from harlem". Davy finally knew who it was. "I am using a Polyjuice potion at the moment".

He paused for a bit and continued ."I was paid to exchange a Nundu for two eggs, It was a British man who gave me the job". "I thought you stopped delivering". Davy released the illusion spell and the chain spell from bron. Bron stood up and dusted himself off.

"Well i did but you know, i needed a little bit of money so i took this job". Davy sighed and looked at cho who was still confused about the whole situation. "Cho this is bron, he WAS a deliveryman for the black market stuff and he is also an informant of mine".

"well i would say a consultant instead of informant, sounds more appropriate".

"Appropriate my ass". Cho looked at bron and said. "So what are we gonna do with him then?. take him in or?". "Take me in??, No nonono there is now way in hell i will enter that building, nobody comes out the way they entered bro bro bro you gotta do something". Bron started begging Davy.

" ohh i dunno if i can do anything tho, you are caught red handed doing the crime no less, meh it is what it is". Davy looked nonchalantly at bron and shrugged his shoulders.

"Bro, bro please, i'll do anything, for free". These sentences hurt him more than anything in life did, for free, Bron is a capitalist through and through, even for the smallest information he would sell.

"anything?"

"Anything!".

"hmm you can redeem yourself, i will give you two days to find me more information about the guy that hired you, we'll meet at our usual place now get". And with that Bron apparated away.

Cho looked at him disapprovingly. "He is worth more outside than inside and besides without him, we will be blind to the black markets".

"I am sure you could have found more informers and if you have them then other aurors also have them".

"I like bron". with that simple answer davy changed the subject. "You take the evidence and I'll take them". Cho and Davy apparated from the apartment to the Macusa HQ New York. At the headquarters they signed some papers and delivered the eggs to the Beast department.

The Headquarters was divided into many branches, each dealing in specific stuff. The beast department dealt with all types of animals, beasts, beings and non-beings.

There they dropped off the eggs for identification and the Nundu was also dropped of there, the bag it was in was peculiar in the way that it's inside was a whole apartment, although crudely written, the runes were fresh. They dropped of the bag at the Goblin department for more investigation.

Davy and Cho went to their desk to do some individual paperwork. After an hour Davy stood up and left. "Well i will be on the roof dearie, call me when you need me". He went up the roof and

went to a corner to look out the city.

The HQ was a building That was in a mix of hiding in plain sight. A small part of the building was in plain sight but the rest was in another plane. Only those magical would be able to see it while the rest would only see a normal building.

As he was enjoying the view, A figure came whooshing by, curious he took out a small broom and enlarged it, he used a concealing spell to hide himself and flew after the figure.

Said figure was wearing a red and blue spandex and was shooting a line of white stuff from his wrist to swing using the buildings, he was chasing after a car that was driving too fast, probably thieves thought davy.
