Chapter 423: Need to Slow Down Some

The location of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel at 3 Connaught Road Central was excellent, truly a prime spot. Standing at the hotel's floor-to-ceiling windows, Arthur admired the nighttime view of Victoria Harbor when suddenly, a warm, gentle body embraced him from behind.

Arthur chuckled, experiencing the sensation of her 36E as he extended his hand under her nightgown, "A rich man's paradise."

"Mmm," Norika Fujiwara turned her head and kissed Arthur passionately.

"Oniisan," Norika Fujiwara turned around and knelt. "Phew," Arthur took a deep breath, placing his hand on Norika Fujiwara's hair, while enjoying the splendid night scene outside the window of Victoria Harbor...

At the end of March, Norika Fujiwara returned to Tokyo for work, Vivian Chow returned to Hong Kong, and Arthur went back to Korea.

Ritz-Carlton International acquired a 40% stake in Korea's Shilla Hotel. Facing the expansion of Ritz-Carlton International Hotel Group in Asia, Arthur wanted to cool things down, so he instructed Horst Schulze to focus primarily on Europe and North America.

"In Southeast Asia, we should hold off for now and first focus on developing Europe," Arthur advised Horst Schulze, suggesting cities like London, Paris, Rome, and Madrid as potential sites.

Horst Schulze nodded, "The Beverly Ritz-Carlton in Los Angeles is set to open later this year. It's also time to scout for suitable locations in San Francisco for new hotel developments."

That evening, in the hotel suite, Lee Boo-Jin lay in Arthur's arms. "Sky Entertainment, your industry in Japan is quite something, huh? The pachinko market in Japan is really a cash cow!"

"Why, are you interested?" Arthur smiled, as he gently caressed the lady's bosom, "I am just an investor, collaborating with local capital."

"Never mind, I'm currently managing Shilla Duty Free and competing with Lotte Duty Free. Having the Ritz-Carlton manage Shilla Hotel is impressive enough," Lee Boo-Jin, who had entered Samsung Electronics, managed Samsung's tourism and resort division, which included the Shilla Group, Everland, and Shilla Duty Free. "For Everland, I'd like to establish a strategic partnership with MGM, could we?"

Arthur nodded, "No problem, this summer we're releasing our first animated feature, Toy Story; we can license the brand to Everland, or even establish a new theme park!" After Pixar's Toy Story successfully premiered, Galaxy would certainly seek collaborations with amusement parks and theme parks, along with brand licensing for toy companies and more.

"I was thinking, could we collaborate between Everland and Galaxy MGM to build an MGM movie-themed park?" Lee Boo-Jin's idea had potential, yet it was tough to implement, as it required significant investment.

"How many people are in Korea anyway?" Arthur shook his head. "Who can challenge Tokyo Disneyland's dominant position? Now Osaka is negotiating with Matsushita's MCA Universal to build Osaka Universal Studios."

"Everland lacks fame, can it compete with these two giants?" It would already be commendable to attract Korean tourists away from Japan.

Lee Boo-Jin smiled, kissing Arthur's chest, "Does Galaxy have no plans for developing movie themes?"

"I only acquired MGM last year, the investment for theme parks and resorts is immense," Arthur remarked, looking at Lee Boo-Jin in his arms, "Even if we do, is Korea the right place to build a large-scale movie theme park? It's on the edge of East Asia, isn't Japan's market large enough for anyone to choose Korea?"

In terms of development, Japan with its population of over a hundred million had long secured its spot as the world's second-largest economy.

"Alright," Lee Boo-Jin acknowledged, "You wanted me to help you set up a company in Korea, what's it for?"

"The Korean entertainment industry," Arthur laughed, flipping to pin Lee Boo-Jin under him, "I want to play around in your Korean entertainment circle!"

Why? Because Arthur had discovered SM Entertainment, a company just established this year by founder Lee Soo-man, who went public earlier in the year.

"You're interested in that too?" Lee Boo-Jin wrapped her arms around Arthur's neck, offering a sweet kiss. Although she was not personally interested, CJ was planning its foray into the entertainment industry; despite breaking away from Samsung, CJ Group was still owned by the Lee family.

"Mmm," Arthur embraced her softness, passionately responding to the lady.
