First day at Kuoh! 3

Arthur POV

The lesson I just had to sit through was.. Boring, to say the least. In fact, saying boring would not be doing the justice of describing that lesson. I hate being at school again, especially knowing that I could be training, talking to specific people, y'know, building bridges, that sort of thing! But no.

The only positive thing that came out of that class was my introduction! And still, even that was only due to the fact it managed to grab Rias's attention. She has been turning her head to look at me during the lesson, she was trying to go unnoticed with all the looks, but I mean.. I'm not blind, she wasn't very good at hiding it.

At one point in the lesson, when i saw her turn her head towards me i decided to look at her, just to make sure she knew I've seen her looking at me the whole lesson. To my surprise, she turned a crimson red and looked away, I could see from the side of her face, she was frowning, most likely due to the fact of being caught out.

'And this is the ruin princess of the Gremory family! *laugh*' though the thoughts quickly died in my head when i once again noticed the crimson aura that seemed to flow within and around her. 'that shit scares me. Her aura alone is terrifying! Could this be the Baels famous power of destruction? I dread to think what Sirzechs's aura is like!' I then proceeded to think about whether it was worth using my limited skill 'GOTCHA' to get the PoD.

I decided to focus on the lesson once more, thought my thoughts wandered again soon after. 'And this students is the formula for why x=y+3..

TIMESKIP to lunch

Class was now out for lunch after the two tiring lessons. 'I'm pretty sure that teacher doesn't belong here, he seemed like he didn't know what was going on most of the time.' i thought to myself, doubting the teachers skills in his choice of work area.

Rias Gremory POV

The new student continued to plague my thoughts throughout both of the lessons. I obviously already knew about the transfer student coming to the academy. Sona had informed me of the boy and when he was presumed to start, i didn't really think much of it in the beginning, that changed quickly however when Sona had told me about all of the redacted information when it came to his file and that even with all of her contacts she wasn't able to find anything out about the new student.

[Flashback to Arthur arriving to class]

I already knew that the new student had arrived today for two reasons. One being the fact Sona had told me before hand, and the second being, everyone was talking about the new kid, who rolled up on an expensive looking motorbike like he was the shit, as well as being described as the literal definition of inhumanly gorgeous by the girls of the school! Some boys even!

When I first heard this, I thought it was just another round of humans, calling another human good looking. When in reality.. Well they just weren't that special to look at. Especially considering that us devils are known for having otherworldly beauty so we know lookers when we see them..

And oh my Satan! Was this boy gorgeous. Seriously! It shouldn't be possible for a human to look so good! But here he was. Proving me entirely wrong. 'This...This shouldn't be possible for a human. You can say its DNA or-or-or....Whatever you like! But there a limits to a human, even looks!' I looked him over, checking out his body as well as his aura. 'His aura...It's human, but How?' I asked myself, getting lost on the thought running through my head.

I knew I was staring when he entered. I only managed to get knocked out of my thoughts when I heard him speak.

"Hello..."

'Is-is.. that all he's going to say?' I thought to myself, somewhat expecting him to add more to his introduction. I then looked to the side, where the teacher was stood, when i heard him ask "Maybe you'd like to introduce yourself as well?"

I looked back to the boy stood at the front of the room, seeing his disinterested look and raised eyebrow, I chuckled to myself lightly before hearing him talk "Hello my name is Arthur Liones..." I listened to him talk about himself with rising interest. 'So he comes from a wealthy family? That would explain the bike I guess' I summarized to myself. 'Hmm, he does sounds like he comes from a posh family. You can hear the tone in his voice and his correct pronunciation of words. The same tone i hear all too much' I thought to myself, slightly detesting myself and Arthur for making me think of such a thing.

He allowed three questions to be asked 'I wonder what people are going to ask? I'm quite interested myself' I thought with a small smile. The fist person that Arthur picked, was a girl named Yuno, I knew this only because she introduced herself with a blush, i saw Arthur smile at the fact but didn't react any other way 'looks like he's use to all of the looks girls give him. hmph! he isn't even that good looking' I lied to myself. I then heard the girl, Yuno, continue her question. "You speak Japanese very well and your voice also sounds very posh, is that something you picked up during your childhood?"

I saw him frown slightly before answering the question.

When he finished answering the question with a sad smile, I was shocked. No! I was gob-smacked! 'E-everything he just said! He's-he's...He's just like me'. In that moment I felt something strange wash over me. Almost calling out to me, to help the boy, to let him know I know exactly what he's going through! To just be there for him.

I spaced out and didn't realize my mouth was open in shock. I saw him look at me with a sad smile. I decided to nod towards him in recognition, i could feel the same sad smile plastering my face. 'The same as him' I thought to myself

The next thing I knew after spacing out for a minute was that another person was about to ask Arthur a question. I looked at Arthur whilst waiting for the question to come in. I then heard the boy asking the question say "That's a pretty sad story bro, but erm, who?"

As soon as I heard the boy, a frown immediately formed on my face. 'Don't say it. Just don't say it' i pleaded in my head looking towards Arthur. I looked at him as a saw he was about to reply, I could visibly see his confusion in what was happening. "Who what? I'm sorry, I don't quite understand"

'he looks so innocent!' I thought to myself while observing him from my seat. Realizing what was about to happen, I looked to the boy who asked the question with pleading eyes while thinking 'don't do it! He doesn't get it!' though I could already see the shit eating grin the boy was producing. I knew what was about to happen. "asked man, no one wanted to know your sob story man HAHAH"

I could feel a deadly frown form on my face as I looked at Arthur to see his reaction as I heard the teacher scold the boy, who was now identified as some boy-child called Kazuma. I was surprised to see Arthur not looking angry but on the verge of laughter, the thought was however short lived as he did just that and burst into laughter. I heard him explain to the teacher how Kazuma didn't need to be scolded as he identified it as just a joke. 'I cant tell if he generally thought it as a joke or whether he just didn't want Kazuma to get into trouble' I thought to myself, but was however cut off when I looked into his eyes and saw he didn't look very pleased with the joke...At all! In fact, the look in his eyes make it seem as if he is actually rather furious.

Whilst I was thinking, I didn't notice the fact Arthur had already taken his seat next to the window. 'hehe, the famous protagonist spot' I couldn't help but think. My thoughts soon carried on 'I wonder if Arthur likes anime?...Huh, why do I care? He's just some human kid! Hmph!'

I carried on sneaking looks throughout the lessons when it started, however i was quickly found out. 'HUH? how did he know I was looking at him? I KNEW IT! he's definitely not human!' i said to myself, refusing to believe it was my fault I was found out.

Both lessons of the morning quickly passed by

Rias POV

I turned to see Akeno getting ready to leave, most likely about to head to the ORC clubroom.

"Hey Akeno, you can head to the clubroom without me, i have something to do quick" is said to my bestfriend. She turned to me, before looking to Arthur, she then looked back to me with a knowing smirk before saying "Mhm, no problem Rias, have fun"

I looked to her in frustration while saying "You misunderstand Akeno! *Sigh* i just want to ask a few questions, that's all, okay?" She turned to me and nodded in confirmation and said "Okay, see you in the clubroom" before walking off.

I turned around to see Arthur sitting at his desk pulling out a bento from a bag with a smile on his face. 'No way! Someone already gave him one! When?' I said to myself, with a mixture of confusion and for some reason, rage.

Arthur POV

I pulled out the bento i got from Nabe and smiled. 'Hehe, Nabe your the best' I then saw a screen show up in my face

I hope you enjoy your meal for today, ill see you when you get back.

'She's so cute' I thought to myself while thinking about Nabe.

I turned my head after hearing footsteps approaching me. I saw long crimson hair flowing from a beautiful smooth face with perfect blue eyes, my eyes followed her form. Going from her large bust line, to her amazing hourglass figure. It was Rias Gremory!

"Quite the popular one i see?" she said nodding towards my bento. in return I looked towards her and laughed.
