One Day Later...

They had decided to take on a quest from the quest board at Hisan Bar, their current place of stay. The guild was too far away, but luckily, a teleportation device connected the bar to the guild for a reasonable fee of 2 silver coins per person. Rather than spending 2 silvers, they opted for a quest from the local board. but the guild has more quests than here. Only half the quest will be here in the bar. There are many quest boards where the adventures stay or gather.

Every quest board in Ramiya was enchanted with magical properties. Once a quest was taken, it disappeared from every board across the land, ensuring no one else could take it.

Their choice was a C-rank quest to hunt a fearsome green lizard. The reward for this task was a tempting 1 gold coin. The green lizard was a formidable creature, measuring approximately 10 meters in length, including its tail. It possessed a mouth full of potent acid, which it could shoot at its foes. Its slimy body made it nearly impervious to all but the sharpest of objects. However, fire magic proved to be the most effective weapon against it. The monster resided between the End Mountains, near Tabaeya Forest, about 60 kilometres away from their current location. They planned to reach the creature's lair by noon.

Sakura and Kiyoshi faced off against the monstrous green lizard,

During the fierce battle, Sakura leapt onto the creature's back but ended up slipping and getting hit by its corrosive acid. Fortunately, Kiyoshi's timely healing skill spared her from harm, but her clothes had melted away in the process. Blushing at first, Sakura quickly regained her composure and utilized her lightning-speed skill, thrusting her dagger deep into the lizard's neck.

With the lizard finally defeated, Sakura reached into her item box and pulled out a fresh pair of clothes to put on, all while Kiyoshi discreetly covered his eyes.

Relieved that there were no witnesses around, Kiyoshi remarked, "Thank goodness there was no one here to witness that."

But Sakura, still a bit annoyed, retorted, "Your pervy eyes are equivalent to a crowd of people. Did you sneak a peek at me?"

Kiyoshi, trying to save face, stammered, "N-no! I-I just noticed you changed clothes, that's all. A fly flew into my eye, I couldn't see properly for a while."

Unbeknownst to Sakura, Kiyoshi's mind added, "Though, I must admit, I'm grateful she was unharmed. Still, she was soo naked."(Kiyoshi's nose was bleeding while he was thinking.)
