Deterrence

Xin looks at them in a confused manner, he won't know what they doing, he can't remember what law did he break and most important of them all is that he only arrive here two days ago and this is his third day.

"If I'm not wrong there's a law when taking criminal, one is the paper from the court and the next is giving the criminal a warn of the arrest."

Xin looks at the guy and asks." So do you have any of those two?"

The man seems offended by what he asks so he angrily shouts." Why there are so many words, if I said you follow us, you will follow us!"

"Or do you want to fight back, that's good too so we have reason to shoot you down here."

"So from what you said and what I heard, you don't even have a valid reason to take me so why should I follow you?"

"Enough! Take this man! Kill him if he fights back, and the rest of you, take everything inside of the store and find any evidence that we can use!"

"Yes!"

"He~ so your going to use force, but there's a problem, do you even investigate the person you want to take?"

"Who cares! You will bark for me if we want you to bark like a dog! My words is the final verdict, if I want you dead, your dead!"

"I see." Xin smiles at them, but even his smile is like an old friend's or a grandma's smile, everyone can't help but feel shivers.

"Damn! What a scary smile!"

"Why do I feel goosebumps all over my body?"

"Me too, this kid is creepy Captain."

"Whatever he is creepy or not, I want you all to catch him! I want to torture him alive, let's see if someone will talk back to us again."

In instant the whole Capital shakes, the atmosphere is rumbling, the wall around starts to crack, and the people around felt sofucated as if they are being squeezed by an invincible hand.

In instant the whole world seems to change, the animals and insect suddenly run away from the capital, and the dark cloud above slowly disappear showing the red moon above the sky.

Esdeath who is about to play again suddenly jumps from her bed taking her weapon while looking at a certain direction.

"Who is it? Who is idiotic enough to anger that man?"

Her voice is full of concern not for Xin but for the people in the Capital.

From her whole life of experience, she never encounter this kind of pressure not even with the strongest person or danger beast she killed.

But even so, Esdeath can't help but feel excited, she was so enthusiastic that she breathed heavily with a flustered face making anyone see her think wildly.

"Honest, I feel obfuscated, what's happening?"

A child who sits on the floor asks the fat man who lies beside him.

"I will, your highness." Honest tries to stand up but her fat Body can't, the pressure is pinning everyone down except for those strong enough to resist it
