Bab 11 : tournament and suprise

Upon hearing the scream, the bandits who were killed by Lina and Oga during their training came to their senses.

Rika approached Vell and asked, "Do you think they are fit to join us?" Vell replied, "I don't know if they are fit or not, as long as they don't burden us. That's all that matters."

After Vell answered Rika's question, she remained silent and continued to watch Oga and Lina. Vell then asked Rika if she was okay and if she still had a headache. Rika replied that she was fine and not to worry about it.

Shortly after, Lina and Oga finished their training and the group made their way to the city of Farkat.

Throughout their journey, Vell remained quiet, observing his companions and analyzing their strengths and weaknesses. He knew that they needed to be prepared for any situation that may arise on their journey.

As they arrived at the gates of Farkat, they were stopped by the guards who demanded to know their business in the city. Lina stepped forward and confidently explained their purpose, and the guards let them in without any further questions.

As Vell and his companions arrived in the city of Farkat, he noticed a poster advertising a Battle Royale tournament with a grand prize of two hundred thousand pieces of gold, open to a total of 60 participants. Lina was immediately eager to register, but Vell scolded her for her recklessness. However, Lina explained that they needed to make a lot of money to travel to the Holy Kingdom. After hearing this, Vell reluctantly agreed to let her participate.

Suddenly, Rika wrote Vell's name down for the tournament without his consent. Vell knew that he didn't stand a chance in the competition and was hesitant to go through with it. He didn't want to disappoint Lina and Oga, who were counting on him to help them reach the Holy Kingdom.

After a long pause, Vell made up his mind and decided to enter the tournament.

As they settled into their room at the inn, Vell lay on the bed lost in thought. Suddenly, Rika walked into the room and embraced him, and Vell responded in kind. "What's wrong, Rika?" Vell asked, concerned. Rika replied, "Nothing's wrong, I'm just worried about you. You make everything seem so easy, but I know it's not always the case."

Vell smiled and said, "Don't worry about me, Rika. I'm fine." But he appreciated her concern and was grateful for her friendship.

After a few minutes, they got up and headed down to the inn's dining area for dinner. They sat at a table with Lina and Oga, chatting about their journey and sharing stories.

As they enjoyed their meal, they overheard some travelers at the next table talking about the dangers of the road ahead. There were rumors of bandits and thieves lurking in the forests and hills, waiting to prey on unsuspecting travelers.

Vell and his companions knew they needed to be careful, but they didn't let it dampen their spirits. They were determined to make it to the Holy Kingdom, no matter what obstacles they faced.

As he drifted off to sleep, Vell made a mental note to be extra cautious in the days ahead, knowing that their journey would only get more challenging as they drew closer to their destination.

Four days later, the sound of fireworks and music filled the air, signaling the start of the battle royale competition. Two commentators, Alex and Maya, sat in the commentator's booth, watching the events unfold below.

"Alex, this is going to be one heck of a match. Sixty contestants have entered the arena to compete for the grand prize," said Maya.

"That's right, Maya. The competition is going to be fierce. We've got Vell, who's already taken down more than 10 opponents, but there's one person who's caught his eye," replied Alex.

"Who's that?" asked Maya.

"Kazu, the strongest person in the arena. He's a master of light magic and has defeated countless opponents with his sword of light," explained Alex.

As the battle raged on, Vell and Kazu faced off against each other. The crowd was mesmerized by their intense battle, and even the other contestants were in awe.

Vell created many clones of himself, but Kazu quickly eliminated them with his sword of light. However, Vell was not an easy opponent to defeat. He kept creating more clones and dodging Kazu's attacks.

Suddenly, a mysterious figure appeared in the distance, watching the battle closely. Without warning, the figure unleashed a powerful attack that shocked both Vell and Kazu.

"What was that? Who was that?" exclaimed Maya.

"I don't know, but whoever that was, they're incredibly powerful," replied Alex.

As the figure continued to attack, they suddenly went after Oga, who was busy fighting someone else. Lina tried to intervene, but she was knocked unconscious.

Vell panicked and quickly left the arena to go help. Meanwhile, Kuza just See them fight

After a few more intense moments, the mysterious figure grabbed Rika and fled the arena.

Vell: (breathless) Why did they kidnap Rika? Who are they?

Person 1: Hey you! Get lost!

Person 2: Yeah, just go back, we don't want any trouble

Person 3: (draws a weapon) You're going to regret messing with us.

Vell: (calmly) I don't want to fight, but I won't back down either.

(They engage in a fight, and Vell defeats them easily)

Vell: (to himself ) I have to keep moving. I can't let them get away.

(At the harbor, Vell sees the kidnappers getting ready to leave. He rushes towards them but suddenly collapses)

Kidnapper: (surprised) What's wrong with him?

(They take the opportunity to escape, but Lina arrives and heals Vell, while Oga arrives to stop the ship)

Kidnapper: (slowing down) What's going on?

(One of the kidnappers, the strongest one, attacks Oga and severely injures him)

Kidnapper: (moving again) Let's go!

(Vell suddenly sees a shadow of a little girl holding her hand, and it's her daughter)

Vell's daughter: why you don't save me? Why? Why? Why!!!???

(Vell shock)

(Suddenly, a chained iron arrow hits the ship, causing it to stop)

Kidnapper: (shocked) What was that?

(Vell goes to the chain and pulls it with all his strength, and Oga throws a rope from the harbor, which Vell catches)

Vell: (pulling the chain and the rope) arhhh!!!!!

(The ship's speed reaches 315-330 km/h, but Vell keeps pulling, and the kidnappers are surprised when the ship starts moving backward)

Kidnapper: (panicked) What's happening?

(Some of them try to break the chain, but they fail)

(The crowd at the harbor sees Vell pulling the ship, and some people start cheering)

Vell: (determined) I won't give up!

(The chain suddenly breaks, and the ship speeds away, causing Vell to fall into the water)

Vell: (struggling in the water) Help!

(Oga saves him, and they leave the harbor and head to the inn)
