Illegal Affair
"Who is it?" Anna asked, biting on one part of her large sandwich.
"Funnily enough, it's your Jaemin Ge," Kiera widened her eyes meaningfully, secretly observing the other person's reaction which she found quite tranquil.
"Why….?" Anna couldn't help but furrow her brows.
"How would I know? I'm answering, check your phone," Kiera replied, as she could guess the only reason this person must have called her was maybe because he couldn't reach out to this girl.
It was quite reasonable, as Annabelle is often worrying people by turning off her phone or forgetting to charge her phone timely which causes the device to go dead.
But this time, Anna switched off her phone intentionally. If she turns on the phone now, won't she be showing that her anger subsided? What if Theodore calls her the next moment she turns on her mobile?
"Mr. He," Kiera finally answered the call.
"Miss Simmons, can you tell me exactly where Annabelle is?" Jaemin's worried voice swam through the receiver.
