Inside the HQ
You look at the rising panic in front of you. Now it looks like even some civilians are catching on that touching the people trapped in the temporal loop might release them.
The Basilisk definitely knows about this and will most likely try his best to release as many people as he can. So you should take care of him fast.
On the other side, The Melter seems confused and pissed at the woman who hit him and he might just pull the trigger at her, so he is also a priority.
Basilisk will not be so easy to take down unless you de-power him too. Melter is just a normal human, one hard hit should do it.
Forcefield, Holy Fire, Thunder's whisper and Chi Manipulation this four you can use simultaneously if you want to.
Forcefield can be used as a blast, can be used to protect someone or can be used to restrain either Basilisk or Melter. Melter would be easier to keep restrained then Basilisk.
Holy Fire will be effective on Melter more as the reptilian skin of the Basilisk looks very durable.
You can even use Chi Manipulation to Dash and reach the Melter or Basilisk quickly.
Thunder's whisper is also another option to electrocute your foes, but it might not be as effective on Basilisk.
You can also just go in close quarters to them and just beat the shit out of them!
There is another crazy idea in your mind, to throw the Gargoyles body straight at the Basilisk in such a way that Gargoyle's right hand comes in contact with Basilisks body, petrifying him instantly. You can also attack the Melter simultaneously and neutralise them both.
Whatever you choose you have to do it fast, as according to D.A.I.S.Y. Toni's situation is starting to become dangerous.

The chaos around you is palpable, with the crowd's fearful whispers blending with the distant sounds of explosions and sirens. The tension is thick, and you know that you have to finish this soon.
You swiftly use your Chi Manipulation power, feeling the chi coursing through your body. Taking a deep breath you rapidly dash towards the Basilisk.
The Basilisk's eyes widen in panic as he sees you approaching. "Melter, push the people! Break them free of the loop!" he yells, his voice trembling. "I'll use my energy beam to hit multiple people at once!"
The Melter hears the Basilisk's words but his attention is still on the woman who had attacked him earlier. His face starts to twist in anger. "Die now, bitch," he sneers, aiming his melter gun at her.
The woman stands frozen, tears streaming down her face. "Please, no... I'm sorry..." she whispers, her voice barely audible over the chaos.
In a split second, you extend your hand towards the Melter and use your Force Field Manipulation power.
An invisible blast shoots from your hand, zooming past the woman and making her black hair flutter. The forcefield blast hits the Melter square in the head, sending him flying backwards, his gun clattering to the ground beside him. Blood trickles from his nose as his eyes roll back, he just crashes down on the ground unconscious!
You don't have time to check on the Melter as you have reached the Basilisk. He tries to run, yelling, "Stay away from me!" but you grab his scaly neck with a firm grip.
Activating your Personal Anti-Power, you watch as the Basilisk's reptilian skin begins to revert to human form. Underneath the green skin he is just an ordinary bald old man. Terror flickers in his eyes, but you give him no respite, as you immediately use your Angelic Spark power, sending a jolt of electricity through him. His body convulses, and he collapses, unconscious.
The woman, now safe, looks blankly at the Melter lying on the ground, then back at you. Her eyes are filled with a mixture of awe and gratitude. "Thank you... thank you so much," she whispers, her voice choked with emotion.
You drop the unconscious Basilisk, noticing that his skin turns back to its reptilian form as soon as he leaves your grasp. At least he is still unconscious for now, you then survey your surroundings.
Around you, dozens of thugs are stuck in a loop, repeating their motions. The environment is a mix of chaos and eerie repetition, with some civilians still filming the battle despite the danger.
You know you have to act fast to prevent the villains from breaking free and causing more harm.
Outside the HQ
As Toni is blasted by Obadiah's missile, she is flung across the road. She crashes hard, rolling over the asphalt as debris flies around her. The force of the blast leaves her momentarily disoriented, but she quickly shakes it off and tries to get up.
Before she can react, Obadiah uses his thrusters to leap towards her and grabs her like a rag doll. He lifts her effortlessly and slams her down hard onto the ground.
"I spent 30 years of my life building this company from nothing," Obadiah roars, his voice filled with venomous anger. He lifts his foot and brings it down with brutal force on Toni's chest. The weight of his suit crushes her armor, causing her to grunt in pain as her HUD begins to crack.
"And you repaid me by humiliating me in front of everyone and sending me to rot in a jail cell for life!" he continues, his fury palpable. He kicks her away like a football, sending her sprawling in the air. "Hahaa feels so good!I should have crushed you like this a long time ago! Now worries I can enjoy doing it now!," Obadiah bellows with a cruel laugh, his voice echoing in the chaos around them.
Toni's mind races as she is flung through the air. She quickly activates her single repulsor blast, using it to slow her descent and avoid a hard crash.
She manages to land on her feet, albeit unsteadily. Her armour is battered and tattered, the once sleek design now marred by the brutal onslaught. The beating she took is no joke as Mk-II's omnium steel is heavy and durable, much more so than her current suit.
Her energy levels, while not critically low, are steadily depleting. She takes a quick assessment of her options. The situation is dire, but she is not out of the fight yet.
Repulsor Blast: Fire a repulsor blast from her palm at Obadiah.
Unibeam: Fire a powerful energy beam from the chest.
Overcharge Repulsor: Overcharge repulsor for a more powerful blast.
Missile Launch: Launch precision-guided missiles at Obadiah.
Close-Combat Punch: Engage in close combat and deliver a powerful punch.
Kinetic Slam: Use a high-speed kinetic attack to slam Obadiah into the ground or nearby structure.
Shield: Activate your armor shields and get ready for defense.
Evasive Maneuver: Ready yourself for a high-speed dodge to avoid the next attack.
Defensive Flight: Take to the air to gain a tactical advantage and avoid ground attacks.
Environmental Interaction: Use the environment (e.g., vehicles, road debris) to her advantage.
Smoke Screen: Create a smoke screen to obscure vision and make it harder for Obadiah to target her.
Verbal Distraction: Insult Obadiah and his nine generation, verbally question his manhood to distract him as you take an advantageous position.
Toni knows that her suit right now is way weaker than his, so close combat is dangerous, especially when her left repulsor gauntlet is out of commission, so she should stick with long distance attacks.

Toni's eyes narrow as she commands Jarvis. Her right gauntlet begins to transform, metal plates shifting and locking into place to form a formidable shield. The shield acts as a barrier in front of her. If her left gauntlet was operational, she could have doubled her defence, but she makes do with what she has.
She steadies herself, taking a defensive stance. "You didn't build anything, Obadiah. You are just a leech. First, you leeched off my father, riding his coattails, and now you're trying to leech off me. Everything you have, everything you claim to have built, was handed to you by the Stark family. You're nothing but a parasite!"
Inside the Mk-II armour, Obadiah's expression darkens, his eyes blazing with fury. "You ungrateful little—" he begins, but Toni cuts him off.
"Ungrateful? To what? To you? A man who couldn't invent his way out of a paper bag without my designs? Face it, Obadiah, you're a failure who needed everyone else to make stuff for him. You have nothing of your own!" Toni mocks him loudly even though her teeth are full of blood.
Obadiah's fists clench in anger. "I should have just killed you a long time ago!," he growls in fury.
Toni braces behind her shield, ready for his assault.
Hmm she is still hanging there!
