Previous Chapter…
It states:
Dear William, I just wanted to thank you for being so kind to me. If you ever need assistance, I will be there for you. I also clean your house and prepare breakfast for you, and I'll meet you in the schoolyard after class.
Ellen, your great friend,
Because of Ellen's message, I could feel my face burning up after reading it.
I responded, "cute," while blushing slightly.
Continuation…
Ellen's POV
I drove to school after I changed into my school uniform.
When I arrived at school,
I got out of my car and began walking because I still had a class to attend, when suddenly my name was called.
"Ellen, wait for me!" I looked around and saw Luna approaching me, so I came to a halt in my walk and waited for her.
"Hey Luna, good morning," I remarked, smiling, as Luna caught her breath but managed to settle herself a little later.
"Good morning, Ellen," she said, a bright smile on her face.
"Shall we go now, we still have class to attend to, right?" I asked, holding her hand.
"Yes, we will go," she said, and we began to walk.
At the Main Hall
While strolling into the Main Hall, we noticed James welcoming all the students he encountered, then he recognized us and smiled as he walked toward us.
He greeted us after he came over to face us.
He smiled at us and said, "Good morning, Luna and Ellen."
"Good morning, James," Luna replied, and I simply rolled my eyes. James didn't appear to notice, but Luna did, and she just elbowed me.
That hurts like hell, but I have to endure it.
"G-good morning, James Carter, right?" I asked, not knowing what his name was.
"Yes, I am James Carter, the second son of Owen Carter," he added, and I forced a smile.
"Sorry, we'll have to leave now," I remarked, as Luna glanced at me.
But I ignored it and dragged Luna away, but before we could move away, I heard James yelling at me.
"ELLEN, LET'S MEET LATER AT THE SCHOOLYARD, I'LL WAIT FOR YOU," he remarked.
Alas, that's the address I gave William in that letter; let's just pray he arrives first.
James Carter's POV
I observed Ellen and Luna walking away, and it appeared like Ellen disliked me, but that's okay since it's actually rather interesting.
Third-Person POV
When Ellen and Luna arrived at Luna's classroom, they said their goodbyes.
Ellen then continues to walk after they say their goodbyes because her classroom is not far away from Luna's classroom.
In the classroom
Ellen is currently looking for Kaixer in order to speak with him.
"Are you looking for me?" someone said, and Ellen turned around to see Kaixer looking at her with a serious expression.
"Hey, ha ha, how are you?" Ellen asked, smiling, despite the fact that she was taken aback by Kaixer's abrupt presence.
'F*ck, I almost punched him in the face from astonishment.' 'Fortunately, I managed to stop my body from doing it, because if I didn't, he'd be knocked out with a single punch of mine,' Ellen thought before sitting in her chair, and Kaixer followed her.
"So, why are you looking for me?" Kaixer inquired, looking at Ellen.
"Oh, it's nothing. I just want to talk to you." Ellen stated shyly.
'How come I'm suddenly shy?' Ellen thought as she reddened slightly.
"All right, then, what do you want to talk about?" Kaixer inquires.
"Uhmm, I'm curious what kind of hobby you enjoy," Ellen inquires.
"Oh, I like video games, jogging, boxing, basketball, and badminton," Kaixer remarked, and Ellen made an amazed face.
"Ooh, I also like boxing. If you don't mind, may we train tomorrow?" Ellen asked, and Kaixer smirked a little.
Ellen blushed slightly as she thought, 'D*mn, he's handsome when he smirked.'
"Why should we do it tomorrow when we can do it later?" Kaixer asked.
"Well, I have someone to meet with later, and tomorrow is my free time." Ellen said, and Kaixer's smirking face faded.
"Really?" Kaixer said with a grim attitude.
"Yes," Ellen remarked.
'I'm curious why his expression became cold when I told him I had someone to meet with,'
Ellen wondered.
"Who is it?" Kaixer inquired, leaving Ellen puzzled.
"Pardon me?" Ellen asked, puzzled.
"I'm wondering who you're going to meet," Kaixer added.
"Why do you want to hear about it?" Ellen inquires.
"You'll find out sooner or later," Kaixer remarked, leaving Ellen befuddled.
"What do you mean by that Kai—" Ellen didn't complete her question when the professor entered
Everyone, including Ellen, stands up to greet their professor.
"Good afternoon, sir," all the students said, including Ellen.
"Good afternoon, please have a seat." The professor said, and all of them took a seat.
"Okay, so our lesson for today is all about…blah…blah…blah…" (I'm not sure what lesson I'll put here), the lecturer explained.
After the lecture, all the pupils went home because it was already free time for the students and the teachers had a meeting regarding the school's performance.
Ellen chose to go to the meeting site where she and William would meet because it was already free time.
Several minutes later,
Ellen came to the schoolyard and is presently waiting for William on the bench.
'I hope William, not James, is the first to come,' Ellen reasoned.
After a few minutes of waiting, William arrives and takes a seat next to Ellen.
"So, why did you want to meet me here?" William asked with a smirk on his face.
"I just wanted to thank you again for allowing me to stay in your apartment," Ellen replied, smiling.
"If you truly want to thank me, just give me some food or beverage," William explained.
"Do you like those?" Ellen inquired.
"Yeah, I really like them," William replied, and Ellen simply chuckled.
"Tell me what kind of meal you want, and I'll cook it for you," Ellen boasted.
"Are you sure you can do that?" William inquired.
"Of course I can, I learned how to cook many types of food when I was in France and Korea thanks to my personal chef," Ellen replied, and William looked amazed.
"Wow, so you can cook Kobe beef and Maine lobster burgers?" William said while smirking.
"Of course I can. Is that what you want? I can create it for you," Ellen replied, and William laughed again.
"Are you sure you can make it?" William said, and Ellen became irritated.
"Tsk, are you belittling me, huh?" Ellen complained.
"Of course not," William replied.
"Sigh," Ellen remarked as she stood up, Let's just walk to the store and get some items for our lunch later."
"Are we cooking it in my condo?" William inquires.
"No, this time it's my condo," Ellen explained.
"All right, it's up to you," William remarked as they left to get some supplies for their supper later, unaware that someone had overheard their talk.
"Tsk, you dare to steal my girl."
