"Just wait and see," an unknown man stated before leaving.
Third-person POV
Ellen and William went to the grocery store and grabbed some ingredients for tonight's dinner.
They then proceed to Ellen's condo, where Ellen prepares the items so that she may begin cooking immediately.
"Is there anything else I can do for you?" William inquires as Ellen rinses the lobster.
"Oh, sure, could you kindly cut the dill and parsley?" Ellen asked, as she placed the lobster in a stockpot filled with water to boil.
"Sure," William replied, as he went to get the chopping board and knife and started slicing the dill and parsley into small pieces.
After a few moments later,
the lobster has already been cooked, and Ellen has disposed of the lobster shell.
She then added the mayonnaise, dill, parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the lobster meat in the mixing bowl and combined it.
She then kept the lobster salad cool while toasting the buns, and after toasting the buns, she filled them with lobster salad and left them aside because she was still cooking the Kobe beef.
"Now for my specialty, Kobe meat!" Ellen exclaimed as she prepared A5 Wagyu beef (as you probably know by now, there are many types of A5 Wagyu, and Kobe is only one of them).
Ellen's POV
I cut the fat around the edges and then use the trimmed fat to grease the pan after heating it over medium-high heat. When the oil begins to smoke, it's time to fry the steak. Using the additional trim fat will help the fat in the piece of beef stay in place rather than melting onto the pan. If I do this, the steak will be juicier.
I season the meat lightly with salt immediately before grilling. (During this process, the lean muscle proteins in the meat are broken down, making it juicier and more tender.)
I then fry it over medium-high heat until it is hot. The steak is then rested for twice as long as it was cooked.
Third-person POV
After a few minutes, William had already set the table and assisted Ellen in carrying the food, and they sat down.
"Wow, this smells amazing!" William exclaimed, and Ellen laughed.
"And it tastes nice, too," Ellen added, and William laughed.
"Haha, you only said that because you cook it," William retorted, and they both laughed.
"Why don't you give it a shot?" Ellen smirked.
"Fine, let me taste it," William remarked as he grabbed a chunk of the Maine Lobster Burger.
He then tasted it and said, "Woah! This is incredible. You did a great job, Ellen!"
"See? I told you it would taste excellent," Ellen exclaimed proudly before biting into a chunk of Kobe meat.
"Yeah, haha," William replied, and then someone interrupted their talk.
He looked at his phone and saw Luna calling him, and Ellen noticed as well, so she speaks up.
"I believe that is an essential subject, so go and answer it," she said, while smiling, and William nodded.
"Then, excuse me," William responded before walking to the side wall and answering the phone.
"What do you need?" William inquired coldly.
"Ekk-, William, relax, I just want to invite you right now to my house for the party. Where are you now? I will contact my driver to pick you up," Luna said, and William frowned and speak up,
"I am with Ellen right now and there is no need to pick me up." he said, and Luna got shocked.
"O-oh, may I ask why you're with Ellen right now?" She asked, but she got nothing but quiet in response, so she understood William didn't want to answer her question, so she changed the subject.
"All right, then, can you come with Ellen to the party? I'll invite her as well," she asked.
"Fine, I'll let her know you invited her to your house party," William remarked before hanging up the phone.
"Sigh, Ellen," William muttered as he approached Ellen, who was now waiting for him to conclude the phone call so that they could eat again because they had been interrupted.
"Have you been waiting for me?" William asked as he sat across from Ellen.
"I'm taught to wait while I'm eating with someone." Ellen stated as she continued eating.
"Ellen," William called her to inform her about the invitation to Luna's house party.
"Yes?" Ellen inquired, her gaze fixed on him.
"Luna has invited you to her house party; are you coming?" William inquired.
"Well, yeah, absolutely, I'd love to attend, how about you?" Ellen inquired.
"I'll be there as well," William remarked, a tiny smile on his face.
"Good to hear that; perhaps you'd want to travel together?" Ellen inquired, with a smile on her lips.
"Sigh, I can't, I still need to go home later since my father needs me for something," William lamented, but Ellen cheered him up.
"It's fine," Ellen responded with a smile.
"Are you sure?" William inquired.
"Yeah," Ellen replied, chuckling slightly.
After that, the two of them proceeded to eat.
Luna's POV
Why? Why do you always stick together?
So why not me? Is my love not sufficient for you?
Why do you feel the desire to be around Ellen?
Why is it that despite being much better, prettier, and wealthier than she is, I still feel inferior to her? I'm curious why it always has to be that brat.
I checked her background, and it says she was only adopted by Uncle Lucas. Therefore, she must have come from a poor home, right?
Tsk, I only befriended that brat because my father told me to.
Ellen's POV
"Achoo! I wonder why I always sneeze," Ellen exclaimed as she dialed Luna's number.
"Hello?" Luna replied.
"Hi Luna, I just wanted to ask; what kind of party are you going to invite me to?" I inquired, so that I could plan my outfit for tonight's party.
"Oh, it's a Cocktail Party," Luna replied cheerfully.
"Oh, great, thank you," I responded as I hung up the phone.
"Now, what dress should I wear?" I asked myself as I searched for lovely outfits when my phone rang.
I answered it when I noticed that my uncle was calling after picking it up.
"Hello?" I inquired.
"Ellen, I have a mission for you."
