Huh?
"You didn't go?", asked the lady with a smirk. Adam was about to explain politely when a yell originated from the passage he just left.
"How dare you knock an evaluator unconscious!?!?"
A male elf in full body armour walked to Adam with an unsheathed sword. Every word resonated the magnitude of his wrath.
At once, the dwarf lady who sat by the desk rose subconsciously. "What is it, Leo?" She probed and enraged words emerged from his lips. "What is it, you ask? This man used some underhanded tricks to disable Raya. She's unconscious and she's already spat a lot of blood!"
The words petrified the lady as she glanced at Adam who nodded in agreement.
Yes, I did that.
"But I didn't use any underhanded tricks. She lost to me in a fair duel." Adam voiced his part and supported his innocence.
At once, the elf swung his sword at Adam's neck. "Then fight me and prove it." The tip of the blade was only a few inches away from Adam's neck.
