kai got to Daniel's house and started knocking aggressively on the door almost breaking it down.

-kai: "Daniel it's me open the door"

He got no response in spite of how fearful and concerned his voice tone sounded.

"damn I wish I brought my copy of keys!.. DANIEL!! Are you there??

If you're then please open the door..

i do not know what happened,

But whatever it is.. we're in it together!

why did you return home? Open the door and tell me, I'm your brother remember? If it's that bad we'll ask for mom's help.. DAN.."

Daniel opened the door, crying heartily..

he kneeled, his legs couldn't take his weight anymore because of the heaviness he was feeling on his chest.. he put his hand on his heart as he knew exactly where the pain was coming from this time.

-kai: "daniel.. what happened?"

He came down to him and tried to wipe his tears off but they didn't seem to stop falling.

"daniel.. Hush everything's fine I'm here now, anya will be here soon too.. we have your back buddy"

-Daniel: "i-... m-...I.."

Daniel tried to speak, but everytime he opened his mouth, his sobs, his crying, and his cracking voice prevented him from making sense.. all kai could hear was intermittent letters and breaths.

-kai: "hey it's okay baby, focus on your breathing now"

Kai put Daniel's head closer to his chest and held him tightly.

-daniel: "i-can not go-- to that school an-any-anymore!" He said in pain.

-Kai: "it's okay"

kai helped Daniel stand up, got inside the house and locked the door and just a few moments later anya arrived.

-Anya: "is daniel okay?"

-kai: "he finally calmed down, but I don't think he is okay"

-anya: "I'll go see him"

Anya entered his room with slow steps.

"daniel!"

She sat on the edge of his bed and took his hand, but he was too embarrassed to look at her in the face because everything mina said made its way to his head so he looked away.

"I'm sorry"

kai was just leaning on the door tryna understand what happened.

-daniel: "d-do you think I'm feminine?? Am I weak and humiliated???"

-anya: "no! No danny you are the best boy I've ever known!! Don't let her words define you.. you know what you are"

(-kai: "huh??")

-daniel: "that's how she thought of me all this time!! She thinks I'm worthless.. I was trying my best for her, i-"

-anya: "nobody cares about what she thinks!!

If that is what she thinks then She just doesn't know you for real, Please rest and quit crying danny otherwise you'll have a headache"

Daniel lied back on his bed hoping to sleep off the pain.

*in the living room*

-kai: "so that's what happened.. that whore!"

-anya: "I really had the courage to beat her at that moment"

-kai: "we won't do anything we'll send her to Coventry, let her know her real place.. I'll make her long to see a lock of his hair."

-anya: "did he eat?"

-kai: "he didn't"

-anya: "I'll prepare something for him"

Anya went to the kitchen but found nothing there to cook.

"kai! There's nothing in the fridge"

-kai: "really? I'll go get something from his shop"

-anya: "okay,"

He went to the shop next to Daniel's house.

-kai: "hello, uncle Richard can you give me things that Daniel usually need? He ran out of everything"

-Richard: "sure son!"

He started packing Daniel's needs while talking to kai.

"can you tell daniel that I took extra money this month? My daughter fell sick and I needed the money, tell him I'll deduct it from my next salary"

-kai: "uncle Richard, daniel will never allow that to happen.. he always tells you that it's true this is his dad's shop and it's Daniel's property now, but you've always been the one standing up for it and running the work.. so You are free to dispose the money as you want"

-richard: "thank you kai, may god bless you"

-kai: "these are just his words, Pray for him because he's not feeling good at all"

-richard: "I will son,"

Kai took the groceries and returned home.

-kai: "how's he? Did you check on him?"

-anya: "he is sleeping.. im worried he won't make it through this"

-kai: "he will.. this is daniel we're talking about, he isn't weak he is just tolerant, sensitive, shy and overly respectful what makes people think he is easy.. he got himself into this situation, he always let people underestimate him and look down on him by being unbelievably nice.."

-anya: "I really.. feel so bad... I can't even put myself in his shoes.. to hear the person you love and were hoping for something with says all these horrible things about you is just.. unbearable"

#next morning#

-kai: "anya you don't have to skip the classes,

I'll watch over daniel"

-anya: "no no I'm staying, I couldn't stay the night yesterday so I asked for mom's permission today"

-kai: "aight, since your mom allowed you"

-anya: "is he up?"

-kai: "not yet, when we woke him up for dinner yesterday he couldn't fall back asleep, so he stayed up late"

-anya: "I hope he gets well soon"

In the meantime Matthew was in his office doing some paperwork till he got a call from kai.

-matthew: "kai?.. he'll make excuses to not come, i know him" he picked up

"hello kai goodmorning"

-kai: "do you know mina hirai?"

-Matthew: "yes, what about her?"

-kai: "kick her out!"

-Matthew: "why would I? She is a superior student, everyone love her, her installments are always paid on time, she's never late and..."

-kai: "so you won't?"

-Matthew: "of course I won't!"

-kai: "then daniel and I are transferring to another school"

Kai didn't give Matthew the chance to say another word and hung up.

-matthew: "what's wrong with you from mo... hello? Hello??..

Huff what's this habit of hanging up in people's faces, it's annoying! Does his mom even know about this?? I'll ask her"

-anya: "will you seriously..?"

-kai: "Daniel said he can't go to that school anymore.. He will feel that everyone knows the story and staring at him, he will be afraid of anyone who looks at him, he'll be getting panic attacks.. I can't see him like that"

-anya: "if you leave, I leave"

As the two were talking Daniel joined them to the kitchen.

-daniel: "goodmorning"

-kai: "oh boy, you look like a zombie!"

-anya: "kai!"

-Daniel: "hahahahahaha,"

He laughed.. what he was exactly trying to prove with faking a laugh when his voice was cracking and almost faded from all the crying.. nobody knows, but whatever it was he failed to prove it.

"what do we have for breakfast kai?"

-kai: "(he's so bad at pretending)

eggs, milk and these cookies anya baked,

Don't eat them, you'd probably die"

-anya: "what did you just say!!?"

Anya got offended by kai's comment on her cooking and pinched his left ear.

-kai: "ouch! I'm sorry babe I like them so much that i wanted them all for myself!!"

-anya: "this is better"

-daniel: "you guys brought all this"

Daniel sat down on the kitchen's floor with his legs crossed and started checking the groceries.

-kai: "yes i did, and anya arranged them..

that's what she was supposed to do but seems like she didn't finish her part of the work.."

-Anya: "you already know, it's because my mom asked after me, I had to leave and I couldn't unpack the rest, why're you tryna make it sound as if I evaded from doing it?"

-kai: "By the way, uncle richard took extra money for his daughter"

-daniel: "no problem, I told him to basically stop asking me"

-kai: "I told him"

Daniel now stood up and took a seat on the table next to kai.

-daniel: "i didn't shop because mina and I were planning to cook together yesterday.. I was planning to go buy the ingredients and the things I need together with her then..(this is bad I feel like crying..)"

He covered his face with his hand that was shaking in a concerning way to hide his tears.

"my heart feels heavy"

-kai: "don't talk about her, just hearing her name makes me wanna throw up"

Kai put his hand on Daniel's back and rubbed it softly.

-anya: "yes i know right!? I've always hated her now I know why.. she is so fake"

-Daniel: "she might be fake.. but the pain she caused me is real.."

Kai and anya looked at each other as daniel continued

"I don't feel like eating.."

-Kai: "Come on now!! The Daniel I know never skips breakfast"
