This is a pretty good read but I just have two gripes. One why didn't Ori see ask the collective if they could do anything to save Ori. I mean not giving her nanites or anything but maybe possibly using the injector with the objective of healing Dorio and then reabsorbing the nanites used. Sorry but with how fantastic the nanites are they should have a way to heal someone right, or maybe he would have to acquire another cyberware for the function of healing someone else. Two why did Ori just let Maine go off and do his own thing when he is clearly losing it. He could just knock him out or restrain him and take him to a ripperdoc to get his cyberware removed. He could easily do it too since he takes down Maine almost instantly in a straight up fight. If he snuck up on Maine, Maine could probably be knocked out instantly. This may seem like an overreaction, but think about the fact that they lost Six to cyberpsychosis due to doing nothing. Sure they would be down a fighter, but they know he is going psycho so if they just do nothing they know they would lose him anyway. Then after letting Maine just do whatever he wants, Ori just lets Pilar go by himself to check out how Maine's doing with no backup or any insurance. Seriously Ori could've just gone and kept an eye on the situation considering how serious it is, but no he doesn't. Leading to them losing Maine and Pilar, and Rebecca having to deal with the loss of her brother. As well as the fact she was the one to put down Six and Maine. Honestly the way I remember it they wouldn't be able to take out all of Six's cyberware possibly not enough to stop him going psycho considering how borged out he was. So him dying too cyberpsychosis is understandable, but I think Maine's cyberware could've been removed making his death avoidable and Pilar's death super avoidable. Sorry for the rant but I really need to point this out since it was really annoying to me, but besides those two things this is a good cyberpunk ff. If I didn't like it I wouldn't have the energy to write a rant like this.
