After reading until chapter 37, the daily settlement is somewhat bug for some students. The student council president should be the most powerful one, my reason is: All PPL have daily settlement Day 4 after transmigration a massacre happen (100 PPL died), the president use it as propaganda to recruit 500+ PPL and (will grow more cause the daily settlement will consider this). They PPL settlement will give them to the president for everybody use (He doesn't do so cause he practice meritocracy, feeding/rewarding PPL who contributed in his voice and barely enough food tnot to starved to PPL who didn't do much). Having done that he (Students president) should be racking settlement scores! MC even with his daily intelligence can only do much and have not even 100 points for daily settlement score and had fishpond (59x50 and it spawn fish). There's power to population even if one person can't do much as long as it contributes to the president settlement score (Like 500 of your subordinate do this and that) (Even if 1 person only contribute 1 point in his points). There's still 500 + PPL that will make up for it. He should be getting everyday S rank and gets all the rare recruitment and building cards. btw he can sustain it cause it's only 4 days after they transmigrated and the president loot their cafeteria. As long as the president is lucky enough to pull a building card that can sustain that many PPL he will racks the settlement score every single day!. As for mc, MC thinking is so rigid. Refused to make a team at the start and plans to only form a small team (20 below). After watching the students president recruit 500+ ppl. He spurs some bullshit and do a wait and see attitude when before at day 2 or 3 before he beat it's underling (Said in chapter, students president have ideas that want to invite and coerce MC into joining. Before the recruitment). Even with daily intel you can't really fight population when powers come from settlement score.

Excellent execution of plotline! the vocabulary used is of a wide variety for the audience to learn from. the history created and the flow of the past till present is interesting and wonderfully written.
