This story reads like an American-Chinese author writing for a Chinese audience about American sitcoms. I wouldn't call the story bad but it's not written with the correct details it should have. There are a lot of references to Chinese literature/shows/actors that try to explain the American plots and a non Chinese person would not understand them. Theres also alot of info dumps on the characters from the tv shows to explain who they are and their personalities, if people are reading a fan fic on american tv shows then I would assume most have seen the show and already know these characters without the need for all the explanations. The main focus are the hospital shows not Friends, HIMYM or TBBT MC is more of a spectator to the lives of the friend groups. There's more in depth with the hospital shows. In my opinion the synopsis should be flipped. Overall if you ignore these things and the mistakes its an ok read as far as fanfics go.
