This story completely fails as a game development story, and probably as a story in general. We are introduced to the MC in an extremely rushed manner and given no reason to like or empathize with him, before immediately switching perspectives. The game wasn't even 'developed' by the MC just given as a free handout by his system. Compared to this novel's most direct competitor "I Make Games To Scare Crying Players" it falls so short that I am amazed and confused why this novel has such a high score. If you are interested in watching people react to horror games just read either "I Make Games To Scare Crying Players"(我做游戏是为了吓哭玩家) or "Make Horror Games Who Terrorize The World" (打造恐怖游戏，吓哭全球玩家) by the same author. If you want better game development where the MC actually has to develop games, maybe check out "In the Internet age, who still makes traditional games?" (互联网时代，谁还做传统游戏？)
