Later on, it was said that the fifth young master returned after he recovered from his illness, and he brought a girl back.

This chapters did introduce the mc, but didn’t mention which path he would take. The style of writing and how the mc is so unaligned with the surroundings environment is to be believed to be of lower quality hence the 3 stars And the horror aspect is to be believed that the story wouldn’t take the route of spawning horrors(like a comparison analog horror) but follow the god of war type of path(the horror when fighting etc). This is merely my opinion and speculation
