Always the humans, can we get one novel where it isn’t ruined with a human form or acting purely like a human? Did I click on “cat” for a human? No, I clicked on cat for a cat not some Insufferable college student that happens to look like a cat. It’s always the novels with animal mc’s, they decide to clickbait their readers with a false name and act like people wanted to read about a human when they specifically looked for “animal.” The good old “was a cat so still is” bs… Qidian novels do better than the idiotic webnovel authors at animal mc’s, they actually stick with the animal rather than clickbait the readers just to do a regular novel like nothing happened.

I honestly picked this up for a whatever read but after reading the first chapter it was obviously different from what I expected and I hurried to the next chapters. The main character is not your normal "b*tch move out the way I got this" attitude she's like a Bilbo Baggins who just wanted to be around kind or good people and just enjoy comfy things in life and then was reincarnated into a hectic overwhelming world. And there's no woe is me let me b*tch about my circumstances for 4 chapters. She has a quiet strength and she is developing separate. It's now they meet and bam glued at the hip thing I love it

This is a good novel... just disappointed that most of the mythical creatures until now is cat (I think the author is cat lover), therefore I need variety of species. I like how the author sometimes uses animal in connection with history such as the cat of cleo and the schrodinger's cat! Although, I need more fantasy animals such as dragon and phoenix!
