When he thought the danger was over, out of nowhere a portal materialized in his laboratory. Winged beings came out of the portal to take the motherbox, Silas, a simple human, although very intelligent, did not have the strength to avoid it, he had recently seen the report of these monsters taking people, but at this moment, his only job was to protect Victor.

However, when the beings smelled the nature of the motherbox in the young Victor, they wanted to take him away and that's where the father's instinct came out. Silas took a metal stick that was in his laboratory and tried to attack the parademon with force, however, this did nothing to prevent it, moreover, it only annoyed this monster that pushed Silas away, sending him crashing into the wall, when he thought they were going to take his son, Victor's eye lit up, waking him up from his sleep, he quickly conjured a cannon on his arm and with a powerful combustion, this laser destroyed the parademon. Then Victor analyzed the portal through which the demons entered. parademons, and after a few seconds he closed it with the help of his technology.

Superman, Green Lantern and Flash attacked the winged beings, they needed to stop the creatures so that the people who were still alive could get out of this place, they could not allow this cruelty to continue.

Batman was trying to deactivate the machines to prevent them from continuing transforming people, but no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't turn the machine off. He was going to ask Superman to use his strength to destroy the machine when a portal materialized next to him, tensing up, Batman was about to attack the beings that came out of the portal, however, what came out left him stunned, not he showed it as he didn't make any change in expression, but inside he was shocked.

A half robot half human being came out of the portal, Batman did not know if this being was bad or good, and when he was about to take his batarang to test the waters, this being quickly stretched out his arms, light cables came out of his wrists and connected to the machine, the machine emitted a series of beeps and after a series of seconds, the machine stopped. Batman was able to understand that this person was an ally, and with the machine down, everyone was able to focus on the parademons, with teamwork, the five were able to destroy each parademon and prevent more innocent beings from dying.

This half-robot, half-human person explained that his name was Victor Stone, told his story and explained how, with the help of the motherbox, he was able to see that, at all costs, the three earth boxes had to be prevented from coming together or Darkseid would have the ability to reach Earth.

Darkseid, a being full of evil, a new God, leader of Apokolips, herald of darkness itself, if this being came to Earth, it was practically doomed. The purpose of this was to prevent Steppenwolf from finding and collecting the three motherboxes. Arthur made a decision, he had to do everything possible, he hoped that people would forgive him for this, however, when he was going to crash his trident on the ground calling the power of the sea, a parademon attacked him from behind, leaving a wound and distracting him, Steppenwolf did not miss this, and taking the box was transported through a portal to the surface.
