Story was going really well until the rather drastic spin at the end of chapter. Me thinks it is highly unlikely that in real life such a thing would happen, especially now that it is in the public domain that Su Qanci is Li Sichen's wife. That spin seems far fetched and like trying too hard to create scenes. This may be a work of fiction but it should not be too far from mirroring reality.

I like the characterisation of the ML and FL but the author seems to have been too lazy to give the villains more depth. They are too stupid and not exciting at all. It is also annoying that all disputes are settled in the public domain. It makes no sense that these people keep airing their dirty laundry to the public. Anyway, I think the story would be a lot better if the author took more care when designing characters and formulating conflicts/solutions.
