[One-Shot]Fantasy land of Grimgar.

{Day:1}

(Leo's P.O.V)

"Awaken.....Awaken..."

A melodic voice echoed in my head, causing me to stir awake. Opening my eyes all I see is darkness.

'W-What happened?

Sitting up I look around trying to find any semblance of something but it's all darkness. When...

"Is anyone else there?"

A male voice echoed throughout the darkness from my right and was soon followed by several other voices from all around me responding to the first voice. Which makes me even more confused than before.

'There are other people here? Where am I? Did I get kidnapped along with these people?'

I stand up still trying to wrap my head around what's going on. The last thing I remember doing was exciting my house to go for some groceries, then there was a flash of bright light...then I woke up here.

'Wait, did I get-'

I was broken out of my thoughts by the sound of a heavy door opening, looking forward I see a now open doorway with multiple figures walking out through it who I also followed.

Walking through the doors I squint my eyes letting them adjust to the newly found light, as they adjusted my surroundings came into full view. I look around I see the other people that are here with me and they all had a look of confusion.

Turning around I see the building that I was in it was a tall clock tower, looking at the landscape, in front of the tower it confirms what I was thinking about.

I and these people were transported to another world.

(Narrator's P.O.V)

As Leo figured out his current situation, he decided to just wait and see what the other people were going to do.

Leo looked over the railing again to get a proper look at the landscape, he saw that they were up on top of a hill and a town at the bottom of the hill.

"U-um d-does anyone know where w-we are?" asked a girl with light purple hair with visible confusion on her face.

Everyone looked at her not knowing what to say because they were just as confused as she was.

"Hey~, Why don't we just ask those guys with the shiny amour over there." said a delinquent looking guy with orange hair while pointing towards two men armed with spears and wearing heavy looking silver armor one tall and one short.

"Follow us we'll take you all to someone who will explain what you're supposed to be doing." the short one said and started to walk down the path towards the town with the other guy.

Leo saw the others were still a bit hesitant to make the first move, he just ignored them and proceeded to follow the armored guys.

The rest of them seeing him go along decided to follow suit.

(At a bar, Leo's P.O.V)

We were guided to some bar in the town that seemed to be owned by some cross-dressing guy.

He then on to introduce himself as Brittany and that he is the chief officer here at the Red Moon Office if Ortana, which I guess is the name of the town. He continued on by saying that the town is protected by the Volunteer Soldier Squad.

"Now you have to call me either chief or Bri but you have to say it affectionately, got i-" Brittany was saying when he was cut off by a tall dude with hair.

"Give us answers, what is the Volunteer Soldier Squad, and what us my purpose here, " he started.

"Demanding aren't you? I don't mind one like you." Brittany said while licking his lips which irked me.

" My name is Renji and I don't like pervy g-"

He was cut off by Brittany who stepped over the counter, grabbed Renji by his collar and pulled out a dagger from his belt area, and had it facing towards Renji's throat. All in one fluid motion and too quickly for him to even react.

"You wanna know something Renji~, " Brittany said while inching the dagger closer to Renji's throat.

"no one who has ever called me 'perverted' ever lived long. You wanna see?" Brittany said.

"You can come try and get me pervy chief," Renji said while gripping his hand on the dagger causing it to bleed but also stop.

'I can already see that he is going to be strong than the rest in the group.' I thought.

"Is that so," Brittany said letting go of the dagger and sitting back down.

'I really wonder what is our purpose for being in this world,' I thought then narrowed my eyes and scanned everyone's expression,

'But what I really want to know why is everyone else so calm.'

I was broken out of my thoughts as Brittany contained with what he was saying earlier.

"Right now if you want to make money you will have to join the VSS(Volunteer Soldier Squad) and a guild of your choosing, but seeing as your all newbies I'll be giving each of you 10 silver and that should be enough until you start earning more by killing monsters," Brittany said while placing a bag filled silver coins on the table.

He then went on to explain that when we join the VSS they would have to start at the trainee rank while showing a wooden dog tag which is the trainee's badge, then said that when we get 20 silvers we could buy the badge for the official rank.

After that, he shared out the coins and trainee badges then asked if we had any questions and a few people asked questions like about directions to places they could sleep and about other unimportant things, but there was one question that caught my attention.

"Can you tell me where we're from? Cause I only remember my name and waking up at the tower, I don't remember anything else other than that." The question was asked by a boy with brown hair and eyes.

Everyone was now paying attention to Brittany waiting for his answers.

"By the looks on all your faces I can tell you want to know the same thing, but all I can tell is that you have some sort of amnesia, and no I don't know where you're from so I can't say anything about that, so you all will have to figure out that by yourselves."

Everyone just nodded in understanding and I as well not to draw suspicion.

Everyone left the bar to go find a place to sleep for the night so they can wake up early in the morning to head to join a guild.

Now I was really surprised and confused.

'By what info I've gathered everyone seems to have no memory of their lives on earth except their names. So why do I still have my memories?' I thought while making over to a nearby inn.

'Did whatever bring us to make a mistake? Or did they forget about me?' I stopped and started to think about all the possible situations that could have happened and was broken out of my thoughts by a pat on my shoulder.

Turning around to see...

" Renji was it?" I asked as I saw the white-haired guy from before with some of the other people from the group behind him mainly the strong-looking ones.

"Yes, good to see someone remembering my name." He said with a small smile.

"Sooo... What do you want?" Asked faking confusion because I think I know where this is going seeing the lineup of people with him.

"I wanted to ask if you want to join the party that making," he stated.

I raised an eyebrow in confusion before asking "Why me?" I asked

"Because you look stronger and more reliable than those six over there," he said bluntly while pointing over his shoulder, I look past his group to see he was pointing towards a group of six with 2 girls and 4 boys, one of the boys being that brown-haired kid from before.

"So what do you say?" Renji said drawing my attention back to him.

"Well...."

Yay first chapter out of the way, it's gonna be a somewhat slow story.

Everyone looks the same as in the anime and the plot might follow the anime for a while so those who watched this before good for you and those who haven't go watch it now.

Oh right this is how Leo looks:

Hair: Black.

Eyes: black

height: 5'8"

Face: slightly above average

Clothes: Black button-up shirt with black jeans and black shoes and also wears black rectangle frame glasses. ( like Aizen's.)
